The staff are nice and courteous. My family liked this hotel near other amenities, and lake Tahoe was beautiful.

The reason I cannot give this hotel a perfect score is: - the WIFI was terrible. Every ten minutes I was logged out of the wifi and had to reconnect. This was acknowledged by the staff as: well, you just have to deal with it. Well, its 2024 and now I needed to go the McDonalds to make some business calls while I was paying almost 200 a night for a hotel. Fix this. - a 15 dollar a day charge for parking? Why? You are asking a pretty high rate and I don’t see any reason why a customer should pay for parking in an area like this.

Really lovely hotel. We stayed for four nights and almost everything was perfect. The reason I won’t give ten are two items listed below. But let’s focus and the positive things first: - premium vibe - heated pool - adequate breakfast - rooms were new and of high quality materials - nice staff

The hotel and room were super. The front desk and staff so friendly and pleasant. The only problem was the air conditioning would kick on and it would wake us all up it was too loud...maybe it's broken? Or just too loud for us. Thanks we will be back.

The room was far away from the elevators. At 2am you could hear other guests yelling around. The gym opens at 6am… Why is it even locked?

Room was nicely designed that resembles a modern hotel showroom. Like what people said, breakfast is well above standard hotel breakfasts. I do wish the AC is quieter, but unless you have central heating, you have to accept that. Staff are very friendly. Within walkable distance to Heavenly Village.

The items in the bathroom was dirty and specialty the tissue boxes and the left over food in the microwave from previous guests:/ The water in the pool was so cold, that my kid was shivering at all times beings in the water and got sick every sense we are back home:/ Also, after we checked out and wanted to to take our stuff from the room and use the restroom, we’ve been asked several times if we are ready to leave and it’s all before 11 am

Pool towels should be larger; they were the size of gym towels. Our first night we had noisy kids stomping back and forth across the floor above us all night. These may have been the same elementary school age kids chasing each other and crawling on the floor, playing in the breakfast area. Parents: PLEASE teach your kids good manners in public places so that everyone can enjoy their stay. The hotel remedied the noise situation after that first night, thank you staff; but, they should not have to do so. Non-fat yogurt options would be a plus as well as a bit of greens in the breakfast.

The location was convenient to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe, and restaurants in the area. We expected an older, run down inn; but, were pleasantly surprised that this was up to Hilton standards with a clean, modern gym, modern lobby, breakfast area, and room. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and hot jacuzzi as well as the fresh fruit, scones, scrambled/hard boiled egg options, wheat/white bread options, sausages, bacon, waffles, nuts, granola, and yogurt for breakfast.

Servicing of room was inconsistent. Heater/cooler in room kept coming on even when switched off and was noisy at night.

The property was conveniently located near the heavenly village shops. I went with 3 kids, a dog and my parents (grandparents). The property was very kid & dog friendly. They provide doggy bags to help keep the property clean. They had a nice warm indoor pool the kids enjoyed and a wonderful breakfast for both kids and adults. They also have EV chargers for the Tesla too! Also they are next to a restaurant that will deliver to the hotel. At night we saw families eating, drinking and playing board games in the lobby / lounge after a long day of snow play.

Great new building. Clean new rooms. Great warmed indoor pool with outdoor hot tub! Good breakfast served. Nice common area with bar. Great views on the mountains from the room. Awesome value for the price.

Didn't like barn-doors on the bathroom since they are not very private -- a regular pocket door would work better or else re-fit the barn doors to close gaps. Hot tub could be cleaner

Very clean facility, has a hot tub, good breakfast. This is a nice clean hotel for a reasonable price. Hot tub was nice to have. Friendly staff.
