I don’t care for the balcony furniture. It wasn’t very sturdy. There was a stove but no cookware at all so I had to purchase a pan and cooking utensils. The kitchen table was a high top and the stools were very uncomfortable.

Beachfront, kitchenette, nice bathroom. Comfort of beds was ok. It was good for the price.

The lack of daily cleaning for your room. The pool was not cleaned daily. The kids area and the hot tub were closed. We didn’t have kids with us. If we had it would have affected our rating. There were problems with the elevators for a couple days. It seemed only 1 or 2 were working.

I request a Handicap accessible rooms which I didn't receive, even know they brought me a shower chair and I had to much stuff to move to another room plus it was cold outside, there was no heat in the front room. My guest didn't have anything to put onto the sofa bed no sheets or blankets and pillow. They also didn't have accessible table and chairs for Handicap persons to eat on and enjoy their food. Table and chairs was tall.

I like the location and comfort bed and it has a kitchen. It has a balcony facing the beach.

Room service lacking. No towel service 1st day. Husband had to go to desk to tell because phone in room didn’t work. Also requested toilet paper, was not delivered. Husband got some from worker in another floor

We had to leave because a lot of people staying there were smoking from their balconies. My wife is allergic to cigarette smoke. If you don’t smoke I wouldn’t recommend this place. They have signs that say $250 fines for smoking. People that stay there just don’t care I guess.

The walls in the hotel room are very thin so you can hear a lot of noise from the street and rooms next door.

The hotel is in a prime location and close to everything!

Kitchen area was in need of some updates. Lobby was a bit disheveled. Hot tub closed.

The view was fantastic! Even enjoyed the view of Main Street to watch the cruise in the evenings. Comfortable beds.

no maid service . we were told on every third day our rooms would be cleaned and no one came. I had walked to front desk to request more coffee pouches. they never came until I called at 2 pm to let them know that maid service still had not been in our room. at which time they brought some towels and coffee. we had to take our own trash out. would have been nice to have the floors swept from the sand we tracked in inadvertently from the beach. we also had been told over the phone that early check in was allowed. even when I explained that we were traveling over night from NC and would arrive at 4 am. upon arrival we did receive a little resistance about checking in. the front desk finally allowed as they could understand that it would have made zero sense to travel that far and not be able to get in our room for 12 hours. be aware that that check is at 4 and early check is not promised, even when it’s promised.

Never been there so went in not sure. But we had a nice room on the 11 floor that gave us a beautiful view with a spacious balcony.

They gave a room key to my mother in law without me present her name was nowhere on the room. There was a reason she didn't have a key. So nice to know someone was trying to get in a room. They could. Did all my laundry to realize no dryers were working again. This is our 2nd trip in 4 months they didnt worklast time ether. . Staff wouldn't even acknowledge presents in lobby. Coffee was almost never available. Wasn't impressed this time around and probably won't be booking again in awhile.
