Lodger’s coming to the wrong room and causing disruption when looking for person room. The staff was accommodating to resolve the issue.

The room was clean, beds was too soft and lack firmness. The outer exterior of the building was clean and no issue with parking. Although the furniture in the room was outdated, found no damage to the furniture.

The pool is very small and it was very busy.

Breakfast was okay but nothing special. We’ve missed some bread toppings, like meat and cheese. The beds were good.

I didn't like that some of the doors to outside you couldn't get back in with your key card. Also during the night you could smell sewage I talked to the front desk about it and the response was that it was the city probably. Also if you book a queen room it doesn't come with a microwave and fridge. Had to buy a cooler to keep drinks cool.

there were several things unacceptable about this property but there isn’t enough room to list them all. The two worst were that the air conditioner, while appreciated since it was so hot, blew right on the bed which gave me a sore throat the first night; when we returned one night, there was a traffic cone blocking open the”security” door to the hallway by our room. oh and one other thing: who puts single ply toilet paper in a hotel? seriously?

There was no hot water upon our arrival until late into the next day! Advertised that they had a full breakfast, yet only served cereal, toast, waffles. We wouldn't consider that a "full" breakfast. The carpet in the room was torn up and fraying. Overall the room felt old and dated and in need of a severe deep cleaning and all around revamp.

It was quiet and relaxing.

when we got to our first room we seen a ant no big deal. went to move my luggage and there was TONS behind my suitcase. ants don’t bother me but I had my 2 month old with me and I was afraid of him getting bit. went to use the phone to call front desk phone was unplugged my daughter moved the side table to plug it up and there was cigarette butts. and the halls smelled like weed.

The staff was friendly. and helpful. i had doubts on staying based on reviews but it was the cheapest for our weekend stay. we had a inconvenience but it was taken care of. i knew it wasn’t a 5 star hotel so I delt with the few mishaps we ran into.

We had difficulties getting Ubers into the city despite it only being a 15 minute drive into downtown. The taxis were costly to make these trips however for the money we paid we cannot complain and it was overall a good experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and was good value for money.

Some sort of “troublemaker” banged really hard once on our door.Very disruptive to our peace of mind & sense of safety/security.

The beds were wore out springs in the mattress poking you all night, people yelling screaming in the hallway at 2am. carpet turned out socks Brown, hallway smelled like pot my family felt uncomfortable all night.

it’s dated and the age is showing in some places. but it was clean

The location was okay. we only stayed one night. The property is dated but our rooms were clean so that’s always a plus! The price was decent as well. The Front Desk Staff-overnight and day-were very friendly and accommodating!
