Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe saw 2 roaches, and all the rooms do not have microwave and fridge. We had to walk to lobby to use microwave. Also very strict check out time no exceptions or you will be charged 50.00. Also had to leave 50.00 deposit on room on card could not give cash deposit.

United StatesThe neighborhood was a bit scary. But again the closeness to the airport was perfect for us! I honestly cant think of anything else that was not to our liking! This was a perfect hotel for the night prior to a flight!
The closeness to the airport was very nice. The actual area was a bit scary. But the hotel itself was just what we needed. We found a place to eat not far away. The beds were comfortable, the shower worked well! We would stay here again

United StatesOne of the lights in the room did not work, the bathroom fan was rather annoying to me and my girlfriend. The area seemed decent but I was still a little unsure about it, there were some guests who were rather loud but I'm sure I did the same on my stay. Overall a very good stay for the price
Had a great receptionist, I cannot remember her name but she helped me and my girlfriend out plenty when we had issues with the rooms and our own personal issues with jewelry. The rooms were very clean when we arrived and the hot water was fantastic in the shower.

You can't beat the price and location. There are a few places to eat within walking distance as well as a gas station. It's very close to the Fairgrounds and airport.

Friendly staff clean rooms we had an issue with the toilet in the first room we got the lady in the office was quick to get us into a bigger better room after that everything was great highly recommend.
