The bar was closed throughout entire stay. No alcohol for sale in The Market. Lots of fast food nearby but we’re a sit-down diner kinda family. Not a lot of full service restaurants nearby. Kitchen was not stocked with pots, pans. Front Desk staff were not welcoming, friendly nor did they offer any additional help.

Close to Target, freeway and free outdoor parking lot. Room was spacious and property was clean. Housekeeping staff were friendly and thorough in following up with us daily.

We requested non smoking and someone was smoking weed. Unfortunately strong smells like this causes my migraines. We asked to move and was accommodated. The guy at the front desk was super nice. But the room we moved still had the smell. It's sad when when people don't follow the rules and others have to suffer. Great hotel will definitely come back.

our room was fairly dirty, you can tell there must of been a party or an extended stay guest in the room we were given, the couch was filthy and the kitchen was not fully equipped only had one fork. this stay was for my sons 7th birthday, we made the best but just an unfortunate let down as fair as cleanliness

Our pull out bed could have been cleaner but we used it. No food recommendations/menus in the room. Usually there is a book or something showing what food is near.

Breakfast was simple but it wasn't bad. (Eggs, sausage, waffles) Staff was friendly, no issues with checking in.

Honestly, our kids said the pullout couch was, "ok, but not great" and really, that was the only comment I heard from my crew.

I wish I knew the first name of the person who we dealt with during our stay, so kind and down to earth, even under pressure, people being pushy and the whole time, they just gave service with a smile. One evening we were out walking around the property and this manager (I presume) was just leaving, and in the morning I was up walking and getting coffee before 6 and they were already back at it, still working hard, still smiling. I appreciate people like this. They make going the extra mile seem effortless.

Needs electric vehicle charging stations on site. We had to leave our vehicle at a nearby auto dealership overnight to recharge.

The pool is very big and the lobby is exceptionally clean as well as staff being super friendly!

I accidentally scheduled my reservation for the wrong night. When I showed up in town for work, I talked to the guy at the front desk who said he would just delete my reservation for me. I could have changed the date had he not done that. Therefore I double paid for my room so I’d have a place to sleep. So aggravating. I’ll remember this as I travel for work often.

The coffee pot was more advanced than we are or it didn’t work! Sometimes simple is better.

The pool was awesome! The breakfast was unbelievably good! And it was just the right place for my wife and sister to enjoy pioneer school!

I’m there at three night they clean the room once I had to clean the drain of the shower it was nasty slimy did I get paid I’m not a maintenance man for that facility

The first night the shower about overflowed I go to the front desk told the gentleman behind the desk he said he would put in a work order. Next morning we wake up stop at the front desk again make sure they’re going to clean the drain we get in the pool for almost 2 hours go upstairs wife and daughter jump in the shower it overflows we use every bit of lemon cleaning up this water in the bathroom. We leave and go to the hospital all day come back 1030 at night walked into the room all the bathroom winning is still on the floor the maintenance man had time in there Walt all over the floor left black shoe prints everywhere even in the shower I go to the front desk the same gentleman that was there the night before was there an asked do I not get housecleaning I stopped here three times the woman here this morning told me you did not put in a work order then he went off telling me he could ask me to leave the hospital I said give me the solution I will clean that fucking place myself he said he could ask me to leave the property because I said a cuss word I said sorry it’s 1030 at night I have a five year old I’m trying to get in bed and you will not clean the room so I have to or asked me to leave the room I even ask for a different room. After I finally go outside he decides he will clean the bathroom he goes up cleans it while the wife and kids in the room. I stayed outside yes I was frustrated! I left him a $20 tip for cleaning the room that night and a little letter said I was sorry for A cuss word. The next morning the manager stopped me told her the same situation I came to the front desk three different times and I’m the one that was asked to leave the hotel room she said she was going to do something to my bill but it never happened so that was a lie also

Check in staff was filthy dirty, clothes hair, long dirty nails. I didn't like the deposit or dog fee, to be shoved in a subpar room when I pay more money to stay. Chicago only charges $75.00 for dogs yet Akron charges $100.00. The door to the room was gross, the kitchen sink was dirty, the toilet and sink were dirty and the ceiling was coming down above the bed. The mattress looked like someone had been murdered on it.

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.
