There wasn’t a 24 hr concierge. We arrived in Florida really early and the hotel “lobby” was close so there wasn’t any place we can hangout at the hotel while waiting for it to open at 8am.

Super close to the beach. They have their own beach chairs you can borrow for free. Ariel from front desk was also very friendly and was very helpful. After our stay when I had to continue to communicate with the hotel via booking.com due to lost phone and they were extremely responsive.

Room could have been better but it didn't matter for a short visit

We needed a hotel with good location because only one night and day quick visit. Breakfast was also something we wanted to have in hotel and it was not perfect but good enough so that we where able to go straight to beach and have lunch later. It was a bonus that sun beds (2) where included in price. For the day at the beach they let us leave our luggage at hotel which also helped a lot when traveling with family and lots of luggage.

Patio area wasn’t cozy comfortable but was nice to have one. Living room wasn’t comfortable either. If you got rid of breakfast I wouldn’t care. boiled eggs would be better and add sausage patties.

Breakfast was very minimal. We stayed for four nights, so the breakfast selections were getting boring quickly.

Good location, one street away from beach and Art Deco area. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Room was very clean, airy and bedding was very comfortable. Recommend it.

Eggs could be kept warm on the breakfast, but nothing that bothers. Overall we really enjoyed it.

Good breakfast, eggs, bread, fruits, yogurt, juice (and just ask the staff for the croissants and pastries inside). Nice patio outside to eat it, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location, close to beach - 5min walk.

Unfortunately, after a very long and tiring journey, we were allocated the wrong room on arrival, which soured things as we specifically booked 2 x doubles due to my husbands bad arthritis. I really didn’t welcome challenging this especially after such a long flight. The hotel arranged for the sofa to be turned into a bed for that first night and then we could be moved to our actual booked room the second night, but yeah…this did put a dampener on things as the first room, not withstanding the fact it only had one bed in it, was not really up to spec and had definitely seen better days (the tv didn’t work and a few other minor cosmetic faults). Once we were moved to the right room, it was fantastic, no complaints at all, and the staff were friendly and helpful too. I know that these things happen, people make mistakes, and I am generally philosophical, but it did cause discomfort on the first day, and we didn’t get a good sleep the first night due to the mistake, unfortunately.

The location was wonderful, a few minutes walk to the beach (and you get free sun loungers with a voucher from the hotel too, which is great because the loungers are not cheap), all the restaurants and bars of ocean drive and Collins Avenue are minutes away too, but the hotel itself is set back in a little quiet side street so it isn’t noisy at all. Our 1 bed apartment was really lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable (once we were allocated the right room!)
