First snow storm occurred and it was icy outside. Side walks of the property were cleared but parking lot was icy.

Extremely clean, comfortable bed & bedding make up for the “out dated” decor of the rooms.

There weren't many gluten free breakfast options. The early morning (6 a.m.) traffic was loud and made it difficult to sleep in.

The staff was friendly, room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The area felt safe. Good value for the price.

Lady at breakfast shouldn´t get ashamed to speak spanish with spanish-speaking customers. It felt weird she would answer in English since both of us are native spanish-speakers.

In spite of "eggs made to order", the breakfast was disappointing. It seemed like there was less of the usual offerings because there were eggs, but the eggs (cheese omelet or scrambled) weren't very tasty. There wasn't salsa or anything. Maybe it was limited because of Santa Fe in Covid-times.

The room was clean and spacious. The bedding and linens were very comfortable. There was new carpet and nice, although simple, decor throughout. It's an older hotel with updated improvements that made it feel safe and comfortable and made me feel valued as a guest. I think it was well worth the cost and a very good value.

Minor stuff, such as NO ELEVATOR!! I guess it may have something to do with state laws that say if under three stories you don't need an elevator. I know these things are expensive to install/maintain, but some tourists aren't in tip-top shape, if you get my meaning. And another thing: get these damn surveys down to two or three questions, Cynthia!!

Breakfast plus the cleanliness. The room itself seemed small but it was otherwise okay. Breakfast was really nice with me ordering either scrambled eggs or omelet.

The motel is located is on a busy road. Our room faced the parking lot and even with the curtains closed, the light from the parking lot filters in underneath. We heard road noise most of the night (though the fan in the room provided some white noise that helped somewhat). As we were on the first floor, we also heard early rising guests upstairs. Possibly an upstairs room facing toward the back might have been quieter but that option wasn't available.

The room offered many amenities we appreciated, including a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast includes either scrambled eggs or a cheese omelet made to order. We found this to be a good value for an overnight stay in Santa Fe.

I was very disappointed with Booking.com. We had a problem, which meant we'd probably need to cancel our last day of the reservation (one of 4 days in all). The booking.com was offering 24/7 personal contacts to help. No such thing. The automated online assistant redirected us to the property. I could not reach a real person to talk to. Since Booking.com was already paid for their commission, the property couldn't refund us for one day's stay. This was about $110 in our loss. I do not plan to use booking.com again, I'll contact the specific property for all of my future reservations.

Cleanliness of the good sized room. Could not expect anything more than what was offered. Good selection for breakfast, including a cheese omelet.

Breakfast area was WAY too crowded, and no ventilation. No fresh fruit. The AC was very noisy with a fan pointing at our heads.

Our room was clean. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh cooked eggs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, (except personally I don't like microfiber).

15 minute drive to old town but much less expensive. Restaurant selection nearby limited.

The proprietor went out of his way to assign us a ground floor room. Excellent comfortable room with all the amenities. Great WiFi. Hot tub and small pool were nice. Breakfast included an omelette or scrambled eggs on request plus a nice selection of other items. Definitely stay there again.
