Bed was not comfortable. Wood burning fireplace would pour smoke into room. Hot tub had worms and leaves in it.

The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. The decor was very rustic and high quality. The kitchen was small but very well stocked. Liked having a hot tub available.

There wasn't really any night lights. The hallway and bathroom lighting was so bright and no other way to dim it. Bedrooms on the other hand not bright enough and having dimmer switch would help with this. The mattress was not comfortable at all, given the quality of the hotel the mattress should be better than this. We stayed for 2 nights but there was only one coffee set. Noone come to clean to room during our stay.

Two very minor things: the light of the oven is really bright and visible from the bed. And the tap of the bath/shower wasn’t the easiest to use.

Beautiful studio, stunning views, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is amazing, close to town and Grand Teton, yet secluded. Jackson is a fun town.

was suppose to have a fireplace and it didnt. also they never shoveled the balcony so it was impossible to go out there and enjoy the views.

The furniture and flooring needs to be replaced. The stains on the carpet were so bad it didn’t feel clean. There was a shedding cow hide to cover some of the stains but even that needed to be replaced. The kitchen was poorly stocked with a few pots and cooking utensils.

Sadly, the Murphy (only queen bed) was very springy and hard. It needed at least a pillow top so we took the mattress off the hide a bed that was not functional. It made it possible to sleep. The flat screen t.v. was about 27" and the sound was muffled, making it hard to hear the actors. If you need extra coffee, blankets and pillows, best to go to the main lobby. It will take until the next day or not at all,otherwise. Overall, if you're not a fussy person, you will love it.

The location is stunning and serene. The studio was wonderful with a nice full kitchen, open deck and fireplace. The staff was very nice and the horseback riding stables were a short walk away.

Room was great. People were great. Bed was uncomfortably hard and hurt my back after 2 nights. View was spectacular. Lots of amenities that we unfortunately could not take advantage of due to weather and time.

Our first evening we could not turn on the TV. A screen indicated that the input was incorrect. I tried all available inputs and none worked. I unplugged the unit and tried to reset, that did no work either. Someone from the office came to the room. They were able to get the TV working by pressing down hard and long on the on the remotes power button. That worked. The same problem occurred on other days; however, I was able to get the TV on. I can't believe I am the only one to have this problem, maybe someone previously spilled something on the remote. At checkout I informed the clerk of this problem and left something for the individual that fixed it the first night. An adjacent unit had a second floor room above our studio, the occupants would come back to their unit later in the evening and we could hear them, the floor was noticeably squeaky. Our last night they were using a washing machine or dryer at midnight. Not normally a complainer but thought I would comment so future renters would not be affected. Overall, these issues would not prevent us from staying with you in the future.

Overall, the studio unit was very nice. The outside patio was relaxing with a great view of the mountains. The pool was very nice. Proximity to town and car return was a plus. Walking around the complex and seeing the homes and views was very nice.

Beds were quite uncomfortable for us. The carpet was pretty dirty. We left early without chance to share that clothes washing machine may be leaking. We noticed dampness on floor. Fire alarms may need new batteries.

Location. View. Layout. Options for recreation, except we were to busy/ tired to make great use of it. Gal from Washington was super friendly and informative. ( Sat am) Kitchen ( fridge) and bathrooms amazingly clean. Toilet was fixed right away after check in.

We arrived early and asked if we could check in l before 4pm…room wasn’t available. So we sat in reception for 1.5 hours, which was fine, to check in at 4pm only to be told at 4pm that the room still wasn’t available!

Loved the location and the size of the apartment- beautiful views and only 10 mins from the centre of town .

The outdoor furniture in this unit needed some upkeep. It felt like the staff was stretched, understaffed as many places still are, but doing their best. We had loud neighbors- nothing to be done about that- but the sound definitely carried through the walls.

This studio unit had a beautiful view and we appreciated the surroundings. Everything was clean and the towels were nice. The mountain view from inside or outside was the best part.

The property does not provide room cleaning during the stay. We did ask and were told it is not provided. The bathroom toilet paper roll holder was missing and the roll was on the bathroom counter. Both of these, at least in my opinion, are not acceptable for a $500 a night room

Beautiful location that overlooks the Tetons. Quiet area away from the main tourist traffic i. Jackson Hole. I had a studio room that was spacious with a great sitting area and deck.

It was a bit strange to have the fridge and microwave in the bathroom in our unit. Clearly it was not the original design. Also, it was a bummer not to be able to use the bikes on property without an extra charge.

Worth the few extra minutes to drive outside Jackson. Views are wonderful. Also appreciated being able to get the lite breakfast the night before.

Mattress needed updated. Slim mattress topper was not fixed to the mattress and kept creasing up. Website needs updated - Granary Restaurant was closed.

The kitchen equipment was minimal; we didn't have any oven dishes, and it was missing some basics like olive oil/ pepper & Salt; and only very small amount of plates. The access to the pool / hot tub is strange: there is no place to change clothes or to store a bag.

We loved the cabins. Great set up, spacious and comfortable beds, and lovely bath linen. The views are really nice too. It's fun to have an outdoor hot tub.
