The room wasn't very clean at all. The furniture was well past its useful day including the bed. One window in the front didn't even have a curtain! They had plenty of other open rooms but wouldn't move me.

Check-in went quick and easy.

The room layout. The location was great. We lost our cards a couple times, but they were always helpful.

The plastic on the bed. Sticky and uncomfortable. A bathtub would have been great.

Dirty room, especially the bathroom. One side of hotel seemed to be residents living at the hotel. They were loudly coming and going at night. Woman screaming obscenities at one in the morning. We made a grave error booking here. Should have seen the signs from the derelict cars, open dumpster, and giant security lights.

the keys didn’t work the first time had a total of 4 room keys and only one worked! Found a dead Cockroach in the room when we woke up the next morning! all in all not staying again

I didn’t like the property we stay there for two days. I had my son and my daughter with me the staff was nice don’t get me wrong. But the next morning I woke up with bites all over my body so did my daughter. We have pictures to prove it as well the facility is completely infested with bugs bedbugs per se. I called the property and they acted like they didn’t know what was going on it’s funny to me because I actually stayed there for two days and I woke up the next day with bites all over my body like I said it was really disgusting to be honest I will not be staying at this hotel ever again

Staff wouldn't even open window to interact with guests. Burn holes in bed cover despite "non-smoking room". Towels not replaced. Room odor. No chair in room. Coffee maker cord couldn't reach outlet. Coffee packet provided had been used once already. No trundle bed available. No facial tissue provided.

It is a very good location for me. Easily accessible and not too far off the freeway. The weekend staff was friendly and accomodating. It is old, but they are working on upgrading and it is very good for the price.

Dirty and run down. No night stand lamp, slippery sheets on the plastic covered mattress, holes in the wall, several burn marks on the blanket.

Door on the room was a little iffy could see out side from under door knob to the floor decent size gap bothered me a bit

Booked room online through booking. Got there and they didn't honor the price because they said we had 3 people even though booking.com clearly stated that price was for up to 4 people. Oh well I paid the difference.staff not very nice. Got in room sat on bed and it flipped over knocking me on the ground. The thing is so light like out of a trailer or something. No chairs, nowhere to put anything. Two dirty towels and the room smelled badly. Druggies all over outside. Some of them looked like staff but hard to tell the staff and homeless apart. They all hang out smoking in front of rooms being loud and obnoxious anyway. I stay a lot of places. This is a dump.

It wasn't the streets, but almost.
