Someone was smoking cigs and reefer all night - close to our room😕, which was a non-smoking floor! Also, the fan in the bathroom has a non-stop high pitched sound that we had to drown out by closing the bathroom door during the night.

Clean facilities and very courteous staff, especially Glenda at the ground floor elevators! I’ve never seen such tight security at every entrance and exit!

Rooms not being cleaned daily for the price per night. No mats in the fitness center to do floor exercises. Service slow at Cafe for Breakfast. Took 45 minutes to get breakfast after ordering. Didn’t care for the marijuana smell in the parking garage and our floor we stayed on.

Parking in garage. Parking outside is better but a ways to walk. Pool to be open earlier.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The room was great size, clean, comfortable bedding. Bathroom size and layout were just right. The view was wonderful. Check in was great with the assistance of Gigi. We arrived a bit early and she stored our luggage. The Casino was extremely tight but very nice to gamble in. The little coffee shop was excellent for morning pastry especially the Strawberry Cheese Danish. We have stayed at most of the establishments in Biloxi but we gravitate back to Scarlett Pearl. Thank you for the stay !

The amenities such as coffee shop and market store were really over priced in my opinion. We paid close to $10 for a travel size pack of makeup remover wipes, so make sure you don’t forget anything while packing!

My absolute favorite thing about this hotel was the shower! The water pressure and temperature was nothing short of perfection! To be honest, I was hesitant when booking a casino because of the cigarette smoke, but I was pleasantly surprised when you couldn’t really smell the smoke. The hotel was grand, clean, and secure. I appreciated the fact that security was monitoring the elevators that took you to your room. This was added peace of mind that we were staying in a safe place.

extremely satisfied with room, the check-in-out. Overall the best Hotel/Casino to stay at in Biloxi. Places to eat in the Pearl were great, Loved sitting in them the DECOR was excellent.

Room server for food an African lady took $30 from our kids. The hassle with getting to your room having to stop, and check in show id give room number every time is not good. It’s an even bigger problem if you have visitors come to see you. Which it shouldn’t be a problem cause people shouldn’t have to go through all the troubles for a visitors are the guest themselves who paid to stay there go through that to get to your room! The location is not the best, but the rooms and facility was great.

Found a new face latte spot inside the casino! Lounge Nocherie …they have fantastic sweets too! Chocolate chip cookies 🍪 top notch. Under the Oak Cafe had the best chicken bacon ranch sandwich I’d ever had. Security was excellent. If you didn’t belong on a guest floor, you didn’t get upstairs. Gaming was excellent!

I didnt like the fact housekeeping doesnt work during your stay.

I like the facilities. The staff is friendly and professional. Security is tight. Food is good and they really take care of the guest.
