We stay here every year (twice) for Penn Relays and Nationals. The parking garage (currently under construction but they have valet) and location make the choice easy. We can park and leave our car until we leave. The hotel is within walking distance to Franklin Field with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, too. The staff is always friendly and knows the area well.

Nice American food cousine with bar would be huge enhancement . Did not spot any.

The property was undergoing renovations (much needed), so noisy early morning throughout the day.

The elevator slagged and the room walls and interior were not the cleanest. We found a toenail on the floor. I suggest vacuuming more critically and thoroughly. The bed was comfortable. Our windows did not crack. Regardless the view and staff were friendly. I also suggest upgrading the stairs to the lower level. It was widespread and difficult for elders.

The faculty was personable and friendly.

Bathroom was freezing, baseboards were coming off. Room needed an update. Shower floor was not pitched right so the water ran out all over the floor. We had a room with a roll in shower

There is a renovation going on the outside of the building, which I was informed about prior to my stay. Since it was a weekend, there actually wasn't any active work being done at the time. So, it wasn't noisy nor created a barrier to the sidewalk. However, trash which had been blowing about outside was getting caught at the base of the scaffolding, causing an eyesore. I would suggest the hotel try to have someone keep the site clear of trash.

The inside of the hotel was very clean and the hotel itself was conveniently located to where I needed to be. The hotel staff were very cordial and professional.

The bed was so uncomfortable. I got a room right by the elevator so there was noise all night and couldn't sleep.

It was protected as you couldn't enter about a card. The club room with morning, water and refreshments is a plus.

Perfectly reasonable hotel. The only drawback was that I was not able to open any of the windows to let fresh air in.

Construction was going on (frequent drilling, had rope running down window that kept banging) and for price would have liked quieter stay. No coffee in lobby - enjoy true drip coffee with milk/cream, not artificial creamer that is in room so had to leave to buy some each morning.

They are doing construction. At 8 or 9am on Monday morning, a work crew on a window washing platform posted up right outside my window and started drilling. Not only drilling but cursing like sailors the whole time. It was honestly an impressive onslaught of profanity laced social commentary and life stories. However, I needed to sleep in a little bit and I was unable to do so. Once up and getting ready, I couldn't open my blinds to enjoy the sunny day bc there were men outside my window. There was a small sign near the elevators but really no other notice was given about this which is disappointing. I paid full price, it's not like they are discounting the rooms bc of this.

The room was nice, the tv was mounted, the bed was big, they did turnover service on time, they checked me in early at no extra charge, and the gym was small but empty so I was able to use it.

Was extremely noisy, due to active renovations. I expect some noise but this was to the degree that it was distracting to even have conversations in the room. Good thing noise stopped at 5pm and we avoided staying in the room during the day.

Location was great, right in the heart of Penn's campus, felt like a safe neighborhood to walk around.
