How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They forgot the shower curtain Tge entre of the hotel. Had a spill. The door frame could use tlc.. just a clean. meaning first impression. But when you jot the coffee are very nice and clean. Will stay again. Major J.Amaral USAF AUXILIARY .

You should pay for parking.
The variety of food in the breakfast buffet was very good. The suit was cozy, comfortable and very clean. It is a good hotel for family.

Pillows were too soft. Breakfast was varied but just ok. No regular black tea bags. Can't believe we had to pay for outdoor parking!

The entire hotel smelled like a Snoop Dogg concert. The smell of marijuana was sickening. Our eyes burned the entire time we were there. The shower was very small. The beds were hard.
Room was as advertised. Both bedrooms were of sufficient size. Kitchen and living room was sufficient size. Pool was acceptable except it needed to be cleaned.

The parking lot isn't very large compared to the amount of units. Half of the USB ports were broken in our room.
Staff was great and attentive!! Location is located in walking distance to restaurants and gas station. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Outdoor amenities were nice (e.g. pool, outdoor seating, gas grill, basketball)

I think that I said that the rugs were worn the buildings are getting older, and it generally needs an upgrade the elevator I only have one very slow, but it functions and I had an experience of not being able to check out by the menu I had to go to the office they need to change that
The room combination is fine. The bedrooms are fine. The kitchen is good, but the property needs to be upgraded. The rugs were worn.

Pool water was cloudy. Needed extra staff to clean up after some nasty guests.
Spacious with two separate bedrooms and living room. Enjoyed having my pet with us! Felt safe.

We kept finding trash on the floor in the hallways. When we checked in and arrived to our room, there was a note on the door letting us know the water would be disconnected the following morning for maintenance. We had a funeral to go to so we had to shower that night instead. It was later when we checked in and the front desk didn't say anything.
The location was perfect. The price was fair. The room was clean. There were dishes and items for an extended stay. The room was large.

The breakfast can use an upgrade: food was cold, eggs too wet, like the pancake machine but they taste like you were eating plastic, keep the juice, the Juice was Great and the coffee was too strong, I felt like I was smoking a cigarette. (Nasty)
The overall stay was Good. Good location not far from shopping, food and fun. The room was Good. Pool, patio area and the area for kids so they can get out the room.The kitchenette will save the day!!!

The room is not well insulated for sound; we were woken our first night by noisy people in the hall at 2 am (glad they had a good time but come on!). We solved that problem by closing the door to the bedroom, worked like a champ.
Great location, lovely grounds with lots of trees, staff at check in was great, spacious room with a very comfy bed and efficient little kitchen

Hallways smelled like pot. Pool wasn’t open. In Georgia in May… the pool should be open. A couple of the door entry locks didn’t work, breakfast was subpar!

Not sure if I was charged, but I noticed a $6 parking fee on the paper given to be placed on the car. Not sure why this would be with cost guests pay for the room.??
This property exceeded what I was looking for in a reasonably priced temporary between home stay. Loved the kitchen and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Everything just seemed well thought out and like the hotel really cared about the customer. Other hotels say they have breakfast, but it seems obvious that they are trying to keep costs low, i.e. only putting out what was left over from yesterday. Great experience and we will look for this hotel whenever traveling.

The sleeper couch was extremely uncomfortable. Not enough spare linens.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were clean and nicely renovated. My only complaint was the comfort level of the sofa bed... the mattress was lumpy, uncomfortable and metal coyld be felt all the way through. Not a comfortable sleep for an 18yr old. The extra bedding didn't fit and extra set of blankets were flimsy and not very warm. Other than that, breakfast was a decent selection and fresh. Location was good for the university campus and plenty of good eating places in the area. Overall a decent place...will take the double beds next time and not opt for the sleeper couch.

I did not get extra pillows and I request a room on 1st floor did not get. Also the location of rooms are not in same building and parking could be better lighting
