- The hotel has old appearance and has old and scratched/damaged furniture. - Bathroom space is very small. - Smell in room wasn´t good - Fitness room very small and old. - Cleaning service very limited. I was there for a week and had no right to get my room cleaned. I had to ask for that service.

The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants, banks and hospitals. The room has a small kitchen with basic appliances. I could sleep well there.

The room smelled like it was a smoking room. We should have changed immediately but we didn't and after we'd already unpacked we didn't feel like moving. That's on us, not the staff!

had to lift the toilet seat to close the door to the bathroom otherwise we couldn’t close it. hotel also charged me twice and initially gave the a refund, but charged my account again. never got my money back essentially paying 300 for 1 night

The side entrance was very muggy and warm and also stank. People smoke in that area and it smelled like it was a forgotten part of the hotel and hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. The beds were a little hard.

The location was good. Even though we were in a large city, we couldn’t hear the traffic. it was clean and the staff was pleasant as well. Being able to find a two room suite was a plus, as it enabled those of our party to be in one area together, saving time and money.
