I was extremely disappointed with my stay, which is a shame because the hotel has so much potential. I booked for three nights and almost checked out after the first night. The room could have been much cleaner, and there were multiple issues: broken TVs, non-functional cable, a broken ice machine, a dark parking lot during the early part of the night, long waits at the counter, unpleasant smells in both the kitchen area and the rooms, and a slow elevator.

The staff was friendly but was not honest about the preexisting conditions within the hotel. On a positive note, the rooms are spacious, and the hotel is in a great location. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast, was not good, very little selections. Elevator was very slow. Shower water was loud.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and out floor was quiet.

This location is more of an extended stay than hotel. Cleanliness is lacking across the board- I usually book at the Sonesta but they had no room left over at the other location nearby. Thank you!

Hotel had a bad smell on the 6th floor. A lot of stains on floor and walls and couch in my room. Breakfast was microwave sausage biscuits, a fruit, and bagels with juice and coffee. Which they did not keep stocked. Ice machines had no ice and only ONE elevator with NO RATING OR CERTIFICATION OF SAFETY. TV stayed blurry with only 3 channels. And only 3 plugs in the room work.

Only one ice machine worked. Breakfast was such a disappointment. Breakfast is from 630 to 9 but by 730 it was nothing there. They serviced some boiled eggs and toast with juice.

It was extremely dirty, covered in red carpet stains and old food, and the bed was not comfortable at all.

I didn't like that I stayed for 2 days and for the first night and half of my second day the cable didn't work. I was told that someone would be out to fix it. Which someone came to da property but my issue continued and when I called down the woman couldn't speak English at all! So I went down stairs to complain the same lady knew it was me because she can understand English smh anyway so I spoke with s young man who was very nice and decided to give me another room on da same floor since I had my dog with me it made it much easier for me and my family. Only thing about the second room was the dueva was missing from the beds meaning housekeeping either forgot or half clean. But I would say they forgot but still but I'm leave that alone because I d I know how things ate supposed to be ran because I done this type of work. But overall I and my family was very comfortable staying there. I definitely would come back.

BUCKLE IN BECAUSE I HAVE THINGS TO SAY AND IT’S A RIDE. Well. For starters, immediately upon entering our room there was an odor like someone had been smoking. We had a non-smoking room. The smoke detector was covered and wrapped up in a plastic bag. Like completely wrapped up. The bed had sheets that had hair on them covering it.l, not to mention no type of mattress protector over a clearly stained mattress. There was hair in the shower and hair on the towels that were supposed to be clean. And not the hair from your head…. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and actually did fall out of the wall while we were staying there. The TV kept glitching and the picture would go in and out. There were giant stains on the couch… and The lamps did not turn on. Oh, and there was dust all over the ceiling and AC unit. I ended up feeling sick. I think that’s a short summary of everything.

There were a lot of stores and food options around it!

The tv in the room didn't work. The morning of my second night I discovered there was black mold in the room. The shower floods the whole bathroom floor which is probably where the mold comes from. I asked to front desk all 3 days for extra towels and rags. They told me none were available.

Breakfast was included. The staff was pleasant.

The pull out sofa didn’t have bedding. I went down to the front to ask for a bed comforter and was told none was available. The phone in the room didn’t work. The clock in the room was broken. The elevators had graffiti writing all over which was really an eye sore. Only one elevator was working so it took forever to get on. I took the stairs instead. The stairwell has food all over the floor and was very unkempt. The mattress on the bed was stained down to the Sides. I didn’t know until the next morning when the sheet corners became untucked. If I had seen that the night before I would’ve left the hotel.

The beds were comfortable. The hotel was easy to find. Parking was convenient and free. The check in process was easy.

The smell on the floor of my room and my actual room. The hallway smelled of weed. My room smelled like cat pee. The floor had stains and the base of the bed. The ice bucket had dust on it and my TV did not work. When it did work for a couple of hours it was basic TV. I asked for towels and did not get them until the next day. We were so busy and tired it was hard to get in touch with front desk to correct any of these things without physically going downstairs to talk to front desk directly. The free breakfast was put up 30 minutes before time.

The quick check in and check out process. The water pressure is nice.

Needed a little TLC. Some of the plugs were so loose I couldn’t plug my things in. The water faucet was very loose. Just some minor things.

Convenient and large room. The nighttime staff was very nice!
