We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe hot tub wasn’t very hot and it was dirty (the top of the water and the floor) and only a few of the jets worked. The bedroom was a little small, but it wasn’t a huge deal because it was just me & my boyfriend and we didn’t bring a lot of stuff. The shower stuff wasn’t the best quality, but most hotels probably don’t have the best quality shower stuff, so it’s okay
It was a very aesthetically pleasing hotel, especially the lobby, the patio, the pool, and the windows by the hot tub. I liked the little store & snack area when you first walk in, and the lady at the front desk was very nice. It was also in a nice area near nice restaurants

United StatesSaturday when i went to check out of one reservation and into my next one the girl at desk did something really wrong with my card. Next thing I know fraud department was calling me. Couldn't use my card all weekend. Or even access my funds. This morning I call my bank & there is a hold on card. Said its been compromised and they have to issue a new card. What a huge inconvenience. But we still enjoyed are weekend & stay at hotel. Just wish she didnt make such big mistake. Tried telling her gentlemen from Friday night did everything but she didn't listen and I'm waiting on a new card!!

Breakfast options are great and lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. Also lots of nice trails nearby and they have pet friendly rooms.
