I did not like that my bed only had two pillows on it. When I asked for more they could not give me more. So me and my wife only had one pillow. My toilet kept stopping up no maintenance to do it so we had to go buy a plunger.

The rooms were clean, but dogs were in just about every room. So when I walked down the hallway I sneezed. I like the way my king room was equiped and set up. Very roomy.

Very old accommodation, the walls are so thin. You can hear your neighbor from the top level like they walk right in your room. We changed a room 3 times because of noise and some problems with refrigerator/broken anti mosquitoes screen, etc

The room had dust on top of the lamp. The walls were partially yellowed and freshly painted. The vent in the bathroom looked busted. The floors were uneven under the carpet all throughout the hotel. I was not aware prior to arriving that there was no housekeeping for short stays, which seemed odd. The bath tub was also a massive letdown as it wasn’t nearly as deep as it looked in the pictures

Room itself was relatively nice and updated. It was great how spacious it was.

The air in my room was not working and maintenance was not available. Both TV remotes in the room did not work. This location did not serve breakfast. Because I was only staying for 2 nights, no housekeeping service. With all these negatives within the first 30 minutes of my arrival, I decided not to stay and asked for a refund.

The pool was full leaves and bottom of it was mucky. You could see foot scuffs through it. The floor in kitchen area was dirty. The sofa had to be covered with a sheet because it was dirty and the unit smelled like animals. The coffee was in the laundry room with packets of dry powder stuff for cream.

At the checkout I asked them for a printed receipt and they were not able to provide it to me. They told me that receipt was emailed to me, which was not. I have tried to contact management regarding this issue multiple times. No RESPONSE!

Overall it was pretty much like other hotels with the exception that pricing was quite good. Similar hotels charge between $150 - $200.

There was very little light in the bedroom part. The heater didn’t work properly, it was cold in the room. The noise in the room was loud. And the linens in the room were so scratchy, you would think it would take off the on your skin. I had told the clerk that they should start using Downey Softener. I had told the clerk all of my concerns, but she didn’t take a penny off of my bill. I guess they needed the money more than I did.

The room was clean, check-in was easy.

The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. We were offered a chance to move to a different room or have someone come up to spray some deodorizer. We chose the latter. The floors were not clean. This was noticeable when my wife used the shower after walking around barefoot in the room. Our room faced Ulmerton. This is a very busy street with lots of road noise, loud vehicles, and emergency vehicles using it all night. We needed to keep the windows open due to the unpleasant odor in the room.

The room was a nice size. We were fine with the no daily housekeeping. The beds were fine. The shower had good water flow and pressure.

I didn't like how they put us in a room with no air and called us a liar, saying it did work that we didn't know how to work it and took them five hours to get us into another room when it was 88° in our room
