Being on the first floor with barking dogs next to us then was told we were just busy so we put y’all on the first floor when you were suppose to be on the 2nd due to first floor being for animals. Have roaches in the room in the bathroom in the shower hardly any water pressure coming out of the shower then being told it’s going under reconstruction when if we were told that prior to i wouldn’t have even booked with the hotel just out of having comfort and peace

It was nothing like it was portrayed online. I had to change my room because of a plumbing issue and for some reason the building alarm went off loudly everyday.

The day before we were going to extend our stay,. They notified us that we would not be able to, and gave us no reason at all. The wifi was terrible and kicked you out of their system after a few minutes of being connected. No breakfast.

The free laundry facility, the work area in the rooms, and the peacefulness of the hotel as a whole.

Since it was only a queen bed, my daughter slept on the sofa bed. Aside from it being one sleep away from it completely falling apart, the staff refused a blanket for her to use. She was only given a thin sheet. We also noticed the next morning that the room window had been left completely open the whole time from the prior guests. So dangerous when not knowing this. Good thing I didn't lean on the curtain as I would've fallen from the 3rd floor.

No breakfast and no basic items available that usually come with hotel rooms. No housekeeping, had to ask for basic items at front desk.

The room was nice, and it was described correctly. However, amenities were poor. Hotel did not have basic items like pillows, hangers, tissue, soap. I had to ask for all of these things. Usually, basic items come with hotel rooms. Was told by front desk that they do not provide tissue anymore. Owner definitely cutting corners for profit.

You can tell the staff doesn’t put fresh sheets on the bed nor properly clean and Sanitize the room. We found old occupants items they left behind, strands of hair on between the sheets on the bed, and we had to ask for fresh towels..

There was no complimentary breakfast, no pool, just nothing exciting about the place other than the affordable prices for what you received. I enjoyed the space.

There is a $100 deposit at check-in for the room which I was unaware of. The deposit can also take up to 10 days to get back. The staff was very rude and condescending about it and it took me time to find it on the booking app in the fine print. Also I booked a smoking room but this facility is completely non smoking. The booking website did not match the current facilities policies so it created some confusion and frustration.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

they only give two bath towels and if you need more you have to take the dirty ones to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. We stay for four days and this was ridiculous ! also only one toilet paper on the the roll holder no back up one again you have to go to the front desk to get one!! ridiculous!

The smell of the hotel was not pleasant. When we arrived at the room, the door was partially open. I was told by the front desk, that the maintenance man had just left, and may have left it open. The room also had the smell of a wet dog, and the hallways smelled like marijuana. We also asked for batteries for the TV remote several times, but never received them.

Check in was easy, and the girl at the front desk was very sweet.

I booked a double queen suite, through Booking.com, and was told upon arrival that there are only single queen suites on site. Once belongings were in the room I went to the front desk to inquire about sheets and comforter for the sofa bed and was given a single top sheet for use. When I questioned the lack of available comforter I was told "I could leave" by the night shift employee behind the desk. Other than that my limited interaction with staff was mostly pleasant. The carpet in the room definitely needed a steam cleaning (more than one spot smelled if dog urine I found while exercising). The desk/ eating area separating kitchen from living area had no chairs, so we ate standing up for meals.

Very spacious for the price. Free laundry facilities, huge plus, gym equipment as well but did not take advantage while there. Decent book lending library for adults and children. Mentions cookware as well, crock pots and such available for use but had no need during stay so not sure of availability.

Check in there were young boys hanging around inside the lobby. Trash was outside hotel. Hallway had trash and stank at the elevator. No carts for luggage.

There was a bad smell going to the elevators. It was always crowded by the front desk and could barely walk through to the car.

There were roaches in the first room I stayed downstairs in. They were kind enough to move me, tho. Unfortunately, I liked the first room better than the 2nd, but it was ok. I didn’t like that they promised a doggy welcome kit but didn’t have any. I didn’t like the stench in the hallways. I tried to hood my breath but that didn’t work. I didn’t like when an older woman and her adult son were checking in and she asked to use the bathroom and was told she could not and would need to use the bathroom in her room. That was ruthless!

They offered free laundry. the room was very spacious. It was affordable.

The room did not have towels when we arrived in it. In the morning, we wanted coffee, but there was no sugar or creamer in the room. I went downstairs to ask for some and advise they did not have any sugar, just creamer.

The rooms were big and comfortable. The location was in a good area, close to restaurants and other places.
