I don’t like the gym. It was sweaty and a bit smelly need to have better ventilation. The breakfast needs more fruits or something out of ordinary. We requested room service to come in daily but the didnt come in. Even though, we told the front desk multiple times. We only get room service like 2 out of 5days/6 nights we stayed.

The staffs were really friendly and helpful. I love the pool area especially. I love the location being close to both Disney and universal. The room was perfect size.

Few stains on the walls from other guests not that big of a deal but maybe they could be taken out with some cleaning just to make the rooms look even better.

Cleanliness, close proximity to everything, complimentary breakfast and mickey mouse shaped waffles are superb! Very quiet noise ceiled rooms so you're able to sleep comfortably. Clean restrooms and shower! Clean and nice size pool with well kept chairs and tables. Also, there's a very nice firepit lounge area and two gas grills (ask them to turn them on for you) with nearby clean restrooms. Very convenient and highly recommend!

There were only Two things I didn't like. The first is that there isn't anyone to assist you with your luggage, and they only had two luggage carts for guest to share. It is very frustrating when you are arriving with a large group of families, and you have to make multiple trips to get all your luggage in the room. The second issue is that when we called the front desk for additional towels, it took quite a while. We would have to call multiple times. The hotel overall just seemed extremely understaffed at times.

The hotel and room were nice and clean. We loved the pool, and the game room was super fun. They also had a really good fitness room. The hotel was in a great location. They also had a decent breakfast buffet. For the price, this hotel is fantastic.

I wish the hotel had a sit-down restaurant for lunch and dinner. It was a disappointment that the hotel bar and food area did not open until 4 pm.

The air conditioning in the hotel was one of the best I've experienced. The complimentary breakfast was also amazing, along with the signature Marriott comfortable beds that we love.

In the bathroom area, over the WC like in the upper floor, it hears like water running all the time, possibly it's an important leak. We stay for five and the breakfast is always the same.

The pool was a little cold, I feel we could have enjoyed it a bit more if it were a bit warmer. Breakfast was good but I believe there could be more variety of menu options, there were always eggs cooked the same way, only 3 cereal types (non very common) but these are minor things, in general great food and service.

Location was excellent! Very nice area to be in and very close to a lot of attractions. Facilities, common areas, bar and other spaces were amazing.

The view was directly on the dumpster and at around 6-7 the truck comes to collect the trash which made a loudddd noise. And the dumpster wasnt covered so wasnt a nice view whatsoever

The staff Sebastian. I came in to the hotel and this guys Sebastian was there and i was with somebody and we went to use the pool table we were having trouble and then i notice the person that was with me ask for help to sebastian in front desk and he try to help but then he was flurting with the guy that was with me giving him his personal Instagram and telling him he has any question or help to contact him personally in instagram that is not acceptable he is there to work not give out his instagram and without knowing if that guy was with me or not he shouldnt be giving personal Instagram and saying contactme throu there for help.

TV wasn't working correctly when I arrived. Was told somebody will be up immediately, 30 minutes later I had to remind them. No big deal, but you did ask.

Breakfast was very good, coffee was perfect. Location was ideal for my stay, was not going to the parks.

Closet space was great. The lack of dresser/drawers for clothing storage was very inconvenient, especially traveling with children.( what about putting a small dresser or additional shelving in the closet??)
