Wasn't enough handicap parking. Screaming kids in the pool all day, so didn't get to take a dip. A freezer on the fridge would have been nice.

Clean inside and out. Breakfast was delicious and the servers/hosts were so friendly. Room was large and comfortable, with a super soft bed and couch. Cold air. Fast internet.

Pool was small but kids will always have fun with water.

Rooms are wider than standard hotels. Great if you have kids. Bed was comfortable. Room and other areas were clean. Location was great. Just beside target and 5mins near a strip mall with Meijer.

The only issue I had was a covid related issue. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no one to clean the room or take out the trash daily. On the 3rd day someone made our bed but did not remove the trash or freshen up towels/shampoo/bodywash etc. I could not find anywhere to put the trash so it built up the entire time we were there. I had to go and find someone to get more toilet paper and towels. All the employees were very respectful and kind. My complaint is more of a policy issue.

Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful.

None of the amenities listed were actually at the facility besides the pool (very small, and water was super cold). There is no hot tub or spa which was the reason we booked here. Reached out to booking.com and they attempted to get me a refund but the hotel wouldn’t respond. Was supposed to have a king bed in the suite and ended up with 2 queens. There was supposed to be a bath tub but only a stand up shower.

- poor room layout for A/C. The desk blocked air flow into the couch area where the thermostat was located. Bed area was at 66 degrees and couch area at 71. - suitcase bench on top of A/C unit - poor room darkening w bright LEDs on light switches - breakfast - few GF options - tiny indoor pool - room not made up as promised - no towel racks for reusing towels - overpriced

Room was not what we asked for and even was confirmed! No room care except every other day! What? No fresh towels; inadequate soap and cups on our arrival. Had to ask for coffee/tea supplies. Lighting very poor. Room arrangement was not good. Why two rooms for toilet and shower? Sliding doors had to be adjusted for noise. Shower handle loose; t.p. holder coming apart. One elevator was having noise/alarm issues…not safe, but still on! Location right adjacent to airport and horse racing, gambling. Manager was never around, so it seemed. Staff inadequate and not informed or trained well. Over priced for quality received.

Breakfast was above average.

No hot tub, even though it is still on their website and all booking sites we choose this hotel for that option. The breakfast was okay, juice was not cold and coffee was not fresh.

Room was good, not fully clean still found candy on the floor upon entry. We loved the fact it had not only 2 queen beds but also a couch with the pull out trundle as well. We all slept well that night. Staff was very friendly.

they cancelled my booking when I was on the road there so when I arrived I had no clue till I was trying to check in and they said they were fully booked. They should have called me! there site also shows that they have a pool and hot tub and they don’t have a hot tub!! very wrong for them to cancel my booking and then try to send me to there sister hotel! needless to say I didn’t even stay with them. I will take my business elsewhere that treats me right!

light switch was broke in room so we couldn’t turn the light off over the bed called front desk and they told us no one to fix it. so we taped it up to keep it shut off. The AC unit made noise all night long

This was our first and last stay at this facility. We had 8 nt stay. After being told our room would be serviced after 3 days it was not. However on day 5 my wife had her wedding ring taken by someone from the room after accidentally leaving it behind. We would have rushed back but felt we were okay because room service was non existent after 5 days. We have filed a police report and waiting for resolution still. Shift managers were understanding and cooperative with police but management could only tell us this never happened before at their place. My wife could not sleep during our final days and ruined our week. I must add we noticed room service would partially open several rooms at once for cleaning but had no visibility of them in any of the rooms as we walked by some days. We are not sure if a random person or someone internal entered the room in our case but the practice of opening multiple rooms leaves you exposed to potential theft. Be cautious

Property and space was as advertised and offered decent hot breakfast. Good location. Comfy bed and space.
