The could of clean inside better especially the bathroom

The color of the bathroom black and blue. I would definitely change the walk in shower black tiles to something neutral, I knew the shower was clean, but it just felt icky. More lighting in the bathroom and living area. Furnishing needs to be updated. I would remove jacuzzi and place it with kitchenette.

We like how the room and bathroom was really clean. The bed we had felt really comfortable. The grounds kept really clean and the pool clean. The room number we stayed in 919.

The shower curtain needs to be longer bc water ends up all over floor....very slippery...also, needs hooks and towel racks....bathroom fan works intermittently

Roaches in the room, non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Blinds don’t close all the way, so people were able to see inside the room if u have the light on.

The staff was nice & we really appreciated that, but the room could use an overhaul. No electrical outlets in the bathroom. The bathtub looked scary with peeling paint in it. The carpet wasn't great & the bed was an uncomfortable mattress on a low platform. There was a hard metal chair at a desk & another larger chair in a corner. The corner chair was totally unusable -sagging w/ no cushion. Unfortunately, not a comfortable room. The pool gate was chained shut so we couldn't go out there.

The staff was really nice! The courtyard/grounds & pool area was super cute & there was a little covered deck with chairs to sit at. We could park our car right in front of our room which was really convenient :)

I didn't like that after hours you can't get help. We had no toilet for most of the night due to it wouldn't flush. Stack of towels by Jacuzzi had old chips bag under it. Called and left a message about the toilet and staff didn't even respond to the message until he went to the office.

I liked that it was decently located to the Freemont Experience.

The slight hotel smell, but most hotels smell like this. A little Fabreze and it was all good.

Location was excellent, there was a slight hotel smell, but after I bough aerosol spray, the rest of the stay and expectation was great. Value for place, excellent, will stay here again!!

My friend tried to check in using the reservation info I sent him and they wouldn't let him (I had tried to reach them earlier to ask them but no one picked up the phone). Ok, this can happen sometimes, but this hotel seems to be one of the few in the 21st century that decides to leave the reception desk unmanned at night (in the "city that never sleeps", no less). Even on the phone they wouldn't let me authorize him to check-in and I needed to be there in person. Luckily I made it just in time before they closed. The hotel is in a terrible part of town where we saw a 7-11 cordoned off and surrounded by police officers. The property is not well-maintained and parts of it look like an abandoned, unfinished, and unsecured construction project. The keys to the room get demagnetized extremely easily (a very scary proposition given their lack of night services). The room itself was a non-smoking room yet clearly smelled of smoke (again, as it was night, this situation was unresolvable). The fridge door was straight up broken.

Just location. East Fremont is a tough sell for Taxis at night. Walking during the day is fine but still a little sketchy from the motel to Fremont experience. I personally wouldn't want to walk at night.

The location is pretty sketchy. It’s in a ran down neighborhood with alot of abandoned buildings.
