The pillow was to hard and thick...hurt my neck. The breakfast bar eggs and potatoes are not good.Would have been nice during our 3 night stay with 4 people in a room if housekeeping would have brought tp,kleenex,towels and coffee for the coffeemaker. Shouldn't have to run down 2 floors to front desk every day to get it yourself.

The hotel is very nice...well decorated and nice layout. Loved the pool area(although they could up the temp of pool water...was frigid)Good coffee,nice breakfast bar...and great location.

I only needed a clean bed and bathroom, so I have no suggestions for improvement.

I was just in for a conference, so I came in at bedtime and left without breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located right next to the conference center.

Bed mattress small would have preferred a queen size. Breakfast area seating was too crowded to sit to eat.

Convenient location. Clean room and bathroom. The room had conveniences like microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and TV. Breakfast selections were good.

however if they are done eating they should retreat to their rooms to allow others to come in and dine. I took my food back to the room for both my mother and I because there was no where for us to fit. My mother was with a walker and no where to move around in there for her anyway. The pool area should have adult hour 10-11, I did not have any room to do laps in the pool or able to fit in the hot tub. Parents should know health risks about a hot tub and get their children out in a timely manor, let them soak in the tub in the room to allow others a chance to get in. The bathroom toilet and sink need to be updated to bring height up for better accommodations.

The breakfast area was a nice size and able to accommodate several families at one time

We were looking forward to swimming, but the pool was too cold. Brrr. 🥶 🧊

Staff was friendly. The hotel has very cute, rustic, cabin-like decor. The breakfast area was charming and there was a good selection to choose from including: Pancakes, Breakfast Potatoes, English Muffins, Scrambled Eggs, and Biscuits 'n' Gravy. The hot tub was spectacular!

Thinks in the room,we went in the tub but when the water settled there was a dirty tub and that was not from us. The cord from the right side of bed was not connected at all and no way would reach the plug. Nothing was plugged in. I really wrote a note on the dresser that really needs to be dusted. Trust me l am not complaining but you need to check these things. We really love coming here but things need to be checked. But l know that we will be back and have given your name out to many…. Have a awesome holiday weekend!

The mattress needed to be replaced. I know it might be just me, but I also didn't like the sheets because they were pilled and rough.
