It’s a little small but comfortable if you’re travelling alone. Have to ask for extra towels if you need it and housekeeping is extra.

The location is super convenient and hotel is comfortable and cute, coffee in the downstairs lobby is a lifesaver.

The hotel didn’t have daily housekeeping (you need to pay extra). I think housekeeping every few days will do the trick.

Location is great! Close to various cable cars stops and turnarounds and next to union square. The lobby and rooms are modern and clean. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The room is indeed very small (as mentioned already in the comments) and there is minimum privacy if you want to use the bathroom. Still a nice room but it could be cheaper.

Hallway had a terrible smell. Rooms were small and hot water took a while to heat up. No coffee/tea in the rooms, and no luggage storage available after checkout.

Rooms were clean and trendy with basic amenities. The beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. The location was great, central, and felt safe. Coffee was available in the lobby every morning.

There was no minifridge in the room, which would have been nice considering the hotel doesn't do breakfast. I was sort of lucky to be able to see the cable carts from my window, but most windows don't have a view at all. The building is built in a particular way that some would say is not suited for a hotel (opposing windows of different rooms with not even 2 metres of space in between). No room service is a bit strange for a four-day stay, but I'm not a messy person and extra towels were available.

The bed was comfortable and the lighting in the room was good. The location is excellent and, probably thanks to the security person next door, there were no homeless people crowding the street so the street was clean. The coffee and tea lounge downstairs was a nice alternative from having the equiment to make coffee and tea in the room (even though the coffee was rather stale most of the times).

There was no fridge in the room. When we checked out we were not able to leave our luggage at the hotel. Our flight was in the evening so this was inconvenient.

There is no housekeeping unless you pay extra $25, but this is ok if you're only staying a few days. I stayed eight days and it was manageable since you can request towels and toiletries from front desk. The shower door leaks and you have to wipe the floors down after showering. No luggage storage so you have to store them in the souvenir shop opposite the road.

Great location in Union Square, very convenient near shops, restaurants, Bart station and bus stops. Short walk to Chinatown. The vibe of room is very new, modern and cozy with tasteful decor. The bedding is very comfortable. Free coffee and tea in the common area. Great shower water pressure. Overall great value for the price and location, since I booked very early ahead of my trip and got a great deal. I enjoyed my stay here and would come again.

We exited the 8th floor elevator and were hit with the smell of urine. The smell disappeared as we walked to our room. No coffee maker in the room nor refrigerator. Coffee not available in lobby until 8:30. Elevator was out the last day of our stay.

Located in a good area. We felt safe enough to walk the streets. The room was exceptionally clean. Bathroom door and shower were awesome. Trolley and cable cars are on the same street. and take you to Fisherman’s Wharf. Water infused with fresh oranges in the lobby was very good. Caffe Central around the corner was excellent for breakfast. Recommend this hotel.
