everything was on point except the auto messaghe on the bed wouldnt go off and i could not find the plug to unplug it. this is frustrating witha 4 year old who was already not feeling well.

The room key machine was broke, so if you locked your door, staff had to open it for you. It was an accessible room, but I could barely fit my walker through the path way between the bed and the desk/dresser. There was a dirty sheet stuffed under the edge of the bed and some white stuff on the bed ruffle. The shower had no water pressure. There was no breakfast except for 2 tiny mini apple cinnamon muffins (I'm allergic to apple), we asked for other options, and there were none. There was juice or coffee.

Cheap price, staff was friendly, pet friendly location.

It says free breakfast, a blueberry muffin. That's okay, it was explained as complementary, not continental.

Location is the ONLY thing it has to offer worth talking about....absolutely awful!!!

Had a very bad stench smell. So bad cidnt sleep. Was like mold mildew smell. My brothers room was same way and his toilet didn't work properly. Had to ask more than once to get TV repaired. Went to local Walmart got cleaning supplies to make room comfortable enough to stay. Stayed only because there was no other rooms available in town! Place needs demolished and start over.

Front desk personnel was not very helpful or friendly. The side door would not open with the key. Breakfast consisted of a small packaged muffin , coffee and juice!

Yes we rented a room and all evening has been problems with the manger and the room. We are a ways from home and since the air doesn’t work where we was she put us upstairs and my back is killing me on the app where I booked it was 140.50. But she made me pay 144.90. We stayed here a week before. We had to move everything upstairs and I am disabled and have broken my back neck and my heart condition and now I’m hurting so bad the lady yesterday said she hold us a good room all they have is a king and one is on the floor this is stupid And And the door keys want work because they have been donated to them my phone is 501283 1168. I’m a good member We had 2 beds in 109 now all she has is 1 bed she gave us a small cot and it’s to small so we are on the floor.

This was the dirtiest, most unclean place I have ever stayed at. There were people coming in and out the side door that was not locked all night long. And people just hanging around sitting in the hallways at 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning

There was ticks and roaches in our room. I have attached pictures of the tick bites that I received in the room and I've also attached a picture of the roach on the wall as well as the nasty bathtub that that square inside the bathtub is not a bath mat that is the layer of dirt that was in that bathroom

The lack of communication y'all gave me it's clear my associate booked a room for me or I wouldn't have got the invitation from y'all inviting me in my emails

Like I said I was to meet a business associate there y'all sent me the invitation it told what size room how many people gave me a confirmation number and pin number when I contacted y'all y'all said you knew nothing about it however someone spent the night in my room on me or I wouldn't have gotten this email asking how my stay was,I feel I should get a free night there or the money refunded I counselled other plans based on the information your motel pervided to me jimmy mason I'll be looking for a response to this

This place was in much needed renovation. Extra furniture everywhere. This is a place of last resort.

Everything now. Everything smelled of cigarette smoke even though it’s a smoke free place. Sheetrock was coming apart. Beds were very uncomfortable. Day time staff were sleeping and snoring at the counter when we would come through. There is a lack of care or prose in this place, it has really gone down hill.

The price was different. The deposit was different. The bathroom sink kept stopping up. One bed was sunk in, in the middle. The floor had stains. The chair in the room had black mold on the back of it.
