You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe bathtub in my room was clogged and they wouldn't let me book a room with them because they assumed that when I helped someone pay for there room out of the kindness of my heart that we ( me and my wife) where apart of there affairs. When in all actuality I a man that just lost his job moved to a different city and was just helping a person out from being in the cold now I'm out of a place to stay and the hotel I wen to after there's ripped me off 56 dollars and I'm now out of money and homeless.

United Statesrooms felt unsafe, floor in bathroom rotted and soft, towels and bedding had stains and holes, did not appear cleaned. Did not trust shower enough to use. Breakfast was only coffee and juice. People were very loud outside our room until late, then at 2am people screaming for hours. whole building looks like it might have been okay about 70 years ago. Would not stay again, would not recommend and now it makes me question Booking.com and Wyndham.

United StatesWas suppose be a non-smoking king room, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The cleaning woman offering to spray some freshener to cover the cigarette smell. The covers had cigarette burn holes in them.the mattress was hard. Roaches crawling around, the reek of Marijuana smell coming from the next room, the woman screaming & hollering at 1 a.m., to the night person saying that the woman has night terrors. No coffee pot, hair dryer, no phone in the room. Mold above the shower head. Couldn't charge the cellphones unless the lights were on. Junk vehicles behind the hotel on hotel parking lot. The hotel cleaning crew in the daytime, coming into the room during a 2 night stay did not picking up the dead roaches on the floor, floor dirty & sticky. Used soap bar in shower stall, dried soap residue on sink
