1. The toilet made weird loud noise 2. The sign wasnt clear, had trouble to find the entrance at night 3. Wifi was weak, got disconnected it frequently

distance from the waterfront, if you are walking, is a bit too far. I used MetroBike which has a docking station two blocks away which was AWESOME!!!! Property quality and condition is just fair, but GREAT value for the price.

Best value in town…one block from Franklin BBQ which is renowned as one of the best BBQs in the World!

The a/c seemed to have a mind of its own. Couldn't get the temp right. The fridge was more like a cooler... needed to be defrosted and would keep something cool but not really get things cold. The breakfast was the most minimal I've seen in a long time.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We stayed there because my sister was having surgery at Seaton. It was only 3 min away.

The reception staff were a bit unhelpful is basic questions - they weren't even able to show me where we were on the map :( Given the hotel structure, the curtains and windows are closed most of the time and can get stuffy - i recommend airing out the rooms at least once a day. No gluten-free options at breakfast.

Great location Great amentities Overall the place needs some TLC, but the beds were super comfy, everything was clean and the wifi worked great for working. They have all the amenities, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron hairdryer - ideal for a business event on the go. The pool was VERY clean and overall felt very safe and secure in the location. Breakfast was basic, but still variety in waffles with syrup, oats, cereals, yogurts, fruit, toast etc.

Extra charge for early check-in, even if the room is ready. Staff didn't know where off-site facilities (e.g. laundromat) were, and didn't offer to find out. Room was decaying. One section of the bathroom door frame had completely rotted away. Bedsheets were stained. Air-conditioner was noisy.

Location is good - right near the State Capitol, and close to downtown.

Towels did not have clean smell. Overall cleanliness could be better. Need to replace stained bedspreads.

Location! Free parking! Lots of soft pillows! Larger refrigerator with adequate freezer space. Manager at check-in immediately responded to the toilet noise. He also placed me on the first floor without me asking when he saw I had difficulty.

It’s very basic but it’s exactly what we’d expect considering it’s a motel and it was inexpensive.

Fantastic location, very near downtown Austin. Nice to have breakfast included in a motel as well - very rare.

The location was awesome! We could see the Capitol from our window and walked over there, which was very nice! We didn't need to use our car or public transportation at all in Austin.

The morning I checked out the swipe card deactivated and locked me out of my room, well before check out time. No big deal, just annoying

The bathroom was looking a little bit tired, but it was clean nevertheless.

The location was good, pretty close to the centre of Austin. The room was clean, and car parking was included which meant I could walk into the city from the motel. I enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles for breakfast!

I don't like the smell in the old hotels

Everything was fine. Just expected much more for 150$ per night. I have stayed in Houston in twice better hotel for twice lower price.

Coffee maker was missing, front desk would only give one roll of toilet paper at a time even though it was a long stay, microwave not great, breakfast was waffle batter and a waffle iron.

Beds are comfortable. water pressure and heat is good in the showers.
