The first room I was put in, I walk in and in the bathroom area there is a hole in the ceiling 2 foot x 2 foot and dripping water (clearly not a new issue as there was already buckets [overflowing] and towels laid down. Went to the desk to ask for a new room and the attendant didn’t seem to care about the room I was first given. 2nd room was much better

Someone could of provided fresh towels and linens. The people that stayed there was pounding music from their vehicle for hours it was terrible.

They didn't offer breakfast. Location is pretty good.

Everything but the price and the view. Questionable cleaning, and bathroom door doesn't lock (awkward).

Oceanfront ! But location is sketchy at night, recommend to stay inside at dusk! Pool was amazing, but couldn't go because open from 10 to 22. There's breakfast (only toast and cereal). So all good are outweigh by the bad. But the PRICE is right.

Need to be clean. We found food remains inside the microwave, Lots of dust, bathroom was not clean and there was no toilet paper. Also the rooms smelled bad.

Cleaning could be 1000 times better, painting over cracks an chips only makes it look raggedy, the beds are Brick hard like sleeping was the most uncomfortable in any of my stays anywhere. Also My family an I had to wait to be placed in a room 20 minutes for cleaning that room for it to be disgusting (I took a video) Then they moved us to another room which took another 40 minutes for staff to clean an I still had to reclean so my family could be comfortable enough to stay. I cleaned my own room space daily until departure. They have Way more than enough staff living on the grounds for this not to be an issue.

No coffee pot in the room, door had a big gap when closed so let a lot if air in at night, and the breakfast only consists of cereal and toast no fruit.

The price for the location was perfect, they remodeled the rooms, and the staff was really nice.

The room wasn’t anything like my room the last time I stayed here. The bathroom door was disgusting and the bathroom wall had writing carved in it that said west side. The room had sand in the floor and it smelled like smoke!

I liked that the hotel was convenient to the location of the event I had to travel too.

The location to 64 Tunnel was great. I didn't like the room. It seemed to be in a transition stage with the bathroom a bit unfinished. Disappointed.

The room was nasty. I had to go by cleaning supplies and clean. Seen roaches! First night had a guy knock on the door wanting to use the restroom and when I said no he asked if I could give him money to buy clothes. I have pictures to support the lack of cleanleness and a picture of hole in the door frame in the bathroom. Plus, I sat in the chair in the room and it was broke and it flipped me backwards. the door night lock was broken the peice that should be on the door was missin. The arm was on door frame no latch.

The people sitting outside the rooms cooking out and hanging out in the parking lot made it seem sketchy at first but nobody bothered me...the floors needed to be swept and mopped better...towels were across the room from bathroom....towels stained up!!

Overall it was ok...looks can be deceiving....once entered the room quite shocked at the inside...
