Did not realize I was booked in a smoking room and there were no other rooms available. We were tired so we took the room.

Pool was empty, breakfast was awful, window was broke and didn't close, lot of noise from broken window, no notes of a pool problem during booking.

I liked that it had smoking rooms, but there has to be a way to better ventilate the floor. Other then that. All in All I was good.

The hallway is a bit narrow and the breakfast could be improved.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They also helped us find another hotel when there's no more room available in theirs.

No phone or carpet in room, also thought I had two queen beds marked on reservation and there was only one.

Good bathroom size, water pressure was good. Shower was good and clean. That's about it.

No hot breakfast options. Car was damaged in the parking lot, although this was no fault of hotel staff. They were helpful in trying to view the cameras. I would probably not stay again due to location not being a safe part of town.

Price was great for a one night stay. Bathroom was very clean.

when I was checking in a female was rude, while I was trying to explain my reservation, and she also accused me of taking pictures of her was not a welcoming vibe for me. but another guy who was on duty was very nice not on her shift.

Outside doors don’t unlock with the key Had to go to Walmart and get blankets hotel refused to give us any more one tiny bed spread and sheet no housekeeping whatsoever even asked front desk still nothing a lot of the outlets don’t work in the room

The check-in was terrible - the person at the front desk kept saying - the computer does this on me, so it took a very long time to check-in. The A/C did not work, and the person at the front desk was not helpful at all. So I slept in a room that was warm and not very comfortable......we were too tired to try and find a room at a different hotel in the area, so we just slept there.

Needs update on furniture, lamps, carpet, bed and bathroom was old and dark. It was like stepping into the 90's.

Room wasn't very clean. The carpet needed vacuumed. Surfaces were dirty. The air conditioner shut off randomly in the middle of the night each night of our stay. Breakfast wasn't good. The dining area didn't have a sanitary appearance. Tables were sticky. Juice machine didn't work. Waffle maker wasn't working correctly. Signs indicated food couldn't be taken back to our room from the dining area (breakfast is included in the rental and patrons should be able to enjoy where they are comfortable)

Housekeeping staff were friendly. Evening check in clerk was accommodating and informative

Breakfast needs some help. Maybe more choices. Not everyone can eat sugar.

From the reviews we almost changed our mind. But were pleasantly surprised that it was better than we thought. The new manager is doing a great job and really getting it back up.

When we were ready for bed we threw the sheets back to find they were dirty. We had to go to front desk and get new one and had put them on our selves. The staff didn’t even offer a different room or even offer to put the new sheets on. The floor was filthy and we had to leave our shoes on.

Room was dirty (no sweeping was done). Noisy air conditioner. Couldn't use the pass key to get in the back of the hotel, where we parked. TV wasn't working. Breakfast wasn't very good.

i booked a double queen room. when i got there they said they were out and only had singles. they didnt even have ice buckets for the rooms. breakfast is a joke.

We stayed 5 days and the room was not changed or fresh towels given .

We attended sturgis motorbike rally and the location was central to every direction , food directly across the Road .
