The price was not outrageous, BUT... $200.00 hold on credit card? Puts a pinch on travelers on a budget. Not mentioned in the booking. $10.00 daily parking fee? Not mentioned in the booking. VERY limited physical in person contacts with front desk. On site lady ONLY spoke Spanish. Since we had a late check in and desk was not open A LOT of back and forth emailing of confidential documents and credit card information was VERY concerning.

The room was clean as well as spacious. Furnished kitchenet was nice. No oven but great two "burner" glass top stove. Nice clean pool with a welcoming deck and chairs. Fellow guests were pleasant. Beach within walking distance, helped by a stop light for crossing.

There was no front desk personnel to check in with and it had to be done by phone. Taking pictures of DL and emails in the dark was a bit stressful. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant and patient though.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but it was okay. Wish it was a little closer to a grocery store, had to use a grocery delivery app to get these to us. Very minor thing but the uber drivers had a hard time finding the place since it's just tucked on a corner so you may have to assist with finding it.

The location was great, right across the street from the beach. The rooms were great value, not often you can find a reasonably priced room that is both nice and has a kitchen. It was nice to be so close to everything without being in the middle of all the busyness.

The location is at least 1/4 mile away from coffee shops, restaurants etc. The person who greeted us was as cold as ICE. Not even a "Hello" upon meeting us. If we wanted the room earlier, there was a $50.00 charge to clean the room quicker!! There is no front desk and quite a bit of traffic noise in the room. This is one of the less expensive places in Pompano.

The room was large and bed was comfortable. There was a kitchen with fridge and microwave that we did not use. The place was very clean, decoration is stark!

The room lacks furniture, there is no dresser. If you're staying for a period longer than a week it's a problem. Plumbing in the kitchen. The faucet should be replaced, very challenging to use without being sprayed from top to bottom :)

Changing the windows could be a good idea in the future to better sound-proof the rooms from street noise. I understand the hotel was under-staffed. However, I would have appreciated seeing someone as I checked out in the morning a bit before 11am :)

Very clean and practical. Good location 10 minutes walking from the beachfront restaurants and shops. Big room with big closet space and kitchenette. Comfy bed :) Self check-in instructions were very clear and the staff on the phone and by email was very professional.

Beach access was two blocks away or you had to cut through another hotel property. There wasn't a comfortable place to sit other than the bed.

The beach was across the street. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen seemed well stocked but I didn't cook. We didn't have,any noise issues.

Recent, tasteful renovation; fully equipped kitchen. Friendly staff. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Large closet for longer term stays. Touch on bed side table lamps. Quiet split system A/C. Cute pool.
