I got an upgrade which was absolutely fabulous!! What a very nice room! Clean, very comfy sheets on the bed. WIFI present. Parking available. Little coffee shop in front where you can get a free coffee in the morning.

The room was very cold at night, the heater was not working hence I could not get good sleep. But overall it was still a good experience.

Accommodations were great and clean, easy to check in hassle free, huge rooms and generally facilities were well maintained.

When I booked through Booking the room was actually a tiny, but when I got there I received a different room. I talked to an employee and showed the pictures I had even in the receipt but I didn't receive any change and the owner said I had to pay extra when I had all the evidence on what I had booked. So they didn't solve the situation.

The room was nice and neat with a great view to the mountains, service and the employers were excellent.

Room not serviced which we expected on Sunday, but did want on the Monday, meaning (among other things) we had to go to office to request additional capsules for coffee maker.

Enjoyed our stay, room was quiet which was what we asked for. Heating worked well on what were cold, rainy days.

We stayed for a week and had to ask refill coffee every single day, also took garbage ourselves and had to ask for change of towels and toilet paper.

Room was spacious and clean, had fridge and coffee machine, good location to Grand Teton, office offered free beer/ kombucha even though did not really advertised, found out at the end of our stay.

The office (reception) closes at 6pm so we had to self check in when we arrive around 7.30pm. There is an emergency number that was provided for guests to contact for any emergencies. As we arrived after 6pm, we did not manage to meet any staff. Sadly there was no hairdryer in the room and when we try to contact the staff via the emergency number (8-9.30pm), there was no reply. We tried texting, WhatsApp, sending a message via booking.com, FaceTime call, and received no response. I was really disappointed to have to wait for my long hair to dry without the hairdryer. The next morning around 8am, I finally received a reply from the staff via Booking.com to say they have just placed the hairdryer outside my room,but that was already too late as we had to leave early to visit the parks. No kettle in the room, no tea available. Although there is a coffee machine, it doesn’t allow dispense of hot water. For someone who don’t drink coffee, there is no way to make own hot drink. There is no microwave plate/bowl/cup so unable to use the microwave unless bringing food that already comes with microwaveable bowl.

There was a coffee maker in the room, but no breakfast was available. This was particularly unfortunate given that there was no place to eat breakfast in tiny Tetonia on the Sunday morning we were there. We were charged a $10 "resort fee," but this hotel/motel did not seem to have any typical resort facilities. Room entrance was via a code sent by email, and we never did see the proprietors or staff. View of the Grand Tetons from the room was rather marginal.

Room was large, very clean, and nicely decorated with plenty of outlets for charging electronics, and the beds were comfortable.

I would have loved a breakfast bar, as there are limited choices within walking distance.

I love the renovation of the rooms. Clean and modern, in a rustic setting. Bathroom and shower were top-notch! Large smart tv and comfortable beds. Plenty of room. I booked at a discounted rate which made it a reasonable value.

Very good location for both Teton and Yellowstone NPs Accommodation was excellent, staff very helpful. Good vibe about the place with both the RV park and rooms giving a good mix of guests, which added to the overall experience
