Unfortunately, our room was on the Sahara Avenue side of the building and the traffic noise was terrible - and we were there in the middle of the week when traffic was likely less than on the weekend. Noises from the elevator and the room above us were also very obvious. Sadly, the restaurant was closed on the days we were there. Though we received written instructions about how to access the TV - it would not load. We were only able to access Netflix.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Very close to the highway so the noise level was loud. There was no soap dish in the shower.

The location in Vegas was superb. Easy access to the strip and to downtown as well.

There was no place to put toilet paper in bathroom aside sink and toilet. There was no hot water and I tried both shower and sink.

It was quiet and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable.

There was a rotten sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. This might have been a septic problem other places in Las Vegas last weekend as we noticed it in the Luxor as well. The fact that we were put on a smoking floor with no notice. The lighting behind the bed (neon blue) we couldn't figure out how to turn off. The elevator had a lurching sound to it. Coffee in the lounge was mediocre. The lobby decor was eclectic but terribly mis-matched.

Nice bed, windows opened (was not told in advance it was a Cannabis floor) which was a good thing, new TV screen, fairly stylish for a budget hotel room.

Some little things missing - there is a garment rack/shelves but there were zero hangers, there was no blanket on the bed (just a top sheet), no shelf in the shower so have to set your shampoo/razor/etc. on the floor. Shower water pressure not great, and water also doesn't get very hot. Ordered food to the room from the onsite restaurant though and it was VERY bad. I'm rarely critical of stuff like this, and honestly just wanted something quick to eat after a long travel day. Wasn't expecting anything great, but it was SO bad we didn't even eat it (and also not cheap). Would absolutely not recommend ordering food.

Room was very clean upon arrival. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Decent value for the money - priced less than other options nearby. Able to walk to festival grounds from the hotel. Parking conveniently available immediately outside hotel entrance, and was not hard to find a spot. Did not have time to use the pool area, but it looked very nice. Good size mini-fridge in the room was great for storing drinks.

The only option to watch tv in the rooms was by chrome cast which didn’t even work. There were no phones in the rooms. And they give you an ice bucket but don’t tell you where the ice is and the only place to get ice is at the front desk.

The recent upgrades were nice.

Came on a weekday, so it was dead. Everything felt very undone. No restaurant. Things still being painted. No amenities. The hotel bar felt cold and uninviting. It needs some candles or something. The Bartender was nice enough, but there was no real vibe.

It was more like a motel, and because the walls are really thin you can literally listen to everything that happens in the other rooms. Also the lights of my bathroom didn't work and the location is pretty inconvenient if you want to get food.

The people that work there were really nice. The bed was very confortable and the decorations were cool.

We were not advised that the restaurant and bars were closed due to a remodel. the hotel is not within walking distance of anything. we booked this as Google showed it was within walking distance of the festival. it was not unless you ran across a 4-6 lane road. they didn’t offer coffee in the lobby which would have been nice since the restaurant was closed. and I know it has a gothic vibe. but the rooms were sooo dark it was impossible to do makeup. we relocated lamps to brighten up the vanity area and still the darkness and shadows made it beyond difficult to see anything makeup or unpacking.

the valet guys were great. very nice and helpful with information. the pool was heated (I think) as it was super warm.

There was a dead cockroach in my bathroom. The wifi wasn't strong and I ended up having to use data. It was also on the pricey side for my stay, but most things in the area were expensive too.

The staff was lovely! Very friendly. Bed was comfortable and big. I didn't have time to use the pool, but I did take a look and it was nice. The hotel lobby and decor throughout is also very unique.

They did not have a restaurant or bar, but advertised that they did. It's not a convenient location to find outside food or drinks. Very little staff - our room was never cleaned while we were there. Seemed like a hotel limping it's way toward closing.

my room was lacking another seat for a guest. the housekeeping forgot to visit me. my key card wasn’t working. these happened on separate stays BUT on all occasions, the staff went out of their way to help me :) the moment i bring it to their attention, they swiftly take action so it never really felt like an inconvenience. my stay was great. this is a beautiful vintage building, the attention it needs is given by maintenance team so guest can enjoy their stay. one maintenance dude stood out as an extraordinary staff member.

I like the clean lobby, the attentive staff, and the location. the pool is beautiful! one very unique feature of this hotel would be the privilege to smoke weed and weed products in specified rooms :) !

the lighting in the room felt like it was too dim. The walls are very thin I could hear the very loud TV being played next door. the lack of outlets. The elevator was a little interesting.

I loved the bed it was so soft and comfortable, no stains. I also loved the bathroom good lighting, the water pressure could be better and there could be shelves but all in all was great.

I felt deceived from the advertisement. The location was in the outskirts with abandoned buildings. I had to switch rooms due to the lights not working, no phone, and poor accommodations. Along with minimal staff and the food served was spoiled. I also have video footage, but I am unable to upload them.
