The cleaning staff can do better

The breakfast needs to be redesigned for fried egg and the likes . And the coffee machine needs to be up and running

They charged 25$ for early check in given I was there 30 mins advanced only. According to the associative their system doesn’t allow check in prior to 15 mins even if the room is available. Late check outs with fees as well, I understand their policy but the hotel is not even packed. In addition please cover the gross dark/green colored pool water u have. It can be seen from breakfast room.

It’s vicinity, close to a lot of stuff and things I need to do and need.

The rooms were low-key cheapy, and the front desk associate was very sleezy with giving us towels although we were there for about 5 days, wish the pool was actually clean to use since it was in the description of the hotel

The shower curtain needs to be moved over, it is right above the lip on the handicap access to the shower and causing a lot of water to splash over to the toilet side, which makes it quite unsafe. And I think there's a leak in the wall because the bed side of the shower was wet after the family took theirs.

I did like the location. Being right of the interstate was nice. It was very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery which the reason for our visit.

the noise at night time and that I asked them to give me a lower level room due to my leg and I can not walk

I did not have time to get the breakfast but the last time they offered cranberry and orange juice and oatmeal and bagels

Bummed the shuttle no longer runs to the metro station and airport. The pool will never be operational. Need to update your listing on those things. Rooms are a little dated.

Great breakfast! The location was perfect for our needs. Room was clean and comfortable.

The front desk when we arrived

Breakfast was very good, and the room, but when we arrived at 4:00am from our flight from PR, there was no one at front desk, and we had an employee from Comfort Inn who called to Pentagon, and then they received us at front desk.

The room is a little bit dark at night, the light is too few and too small. Also, though the breakfast was included, the qualities and amount of supplies were not enough. We had our breakfast around 30-40 minutes before the end of supply, almost nothing left. No orange juice, toast and not even with fork.

The location of the hotel, plenty of parking space without charges, spacious room and cleanness. Water was warm enough and pressure was good as well.

Breakfast ends early. It should stay until 10.00 .

Rooms are comfortable. Personnel helpful. Free and enough parking. Location is close to city center by car. But with subway or bus I am not sure we didnt use.

Old hotel that needs renovation, noisy, curtains don't close 100% = annoying on ground level, limited breakfast.

Cheap price, next to bus stop, large room, breakfast included.

The hotel was comfortable enough for our 2 night stay, we didn’t spend much time there given our itinerary. The breakfast was also a lovely touch. I am disappointed however as there was an admin error. I was charged the deposit of the room twice, only one has been released back to my card despite emailing (to which I received a response once) and personal messaging to rectify I am now being ignored. I am from Australia so have had trouble reaching the phone line to discuss. The staff were pleasant in person so I am disappointed in this level of service and contact regarding a clerical error.

The property was extremely convenient for getting into the Smithsonian Museums which was the purpose of our travel, around a $12 Uber.

The room was a bit dirty and had holes in the walls. Also walls were so thin the noise from neighbors was horrible.

I like that we were able to drop our bags before Check in. I liked that staff was accommodating to our noise complaints..

Towels were supposed to be delivered the evening we arrived and came as we were leaving. The remote for the TV only changed the channel and did not control the on/off. Food was not replenishEd when it was gone and we were there reasonably early. Very noisy at night...kids running outside yelling.

Bed was comfy and the room wS well appointed and huge.
