That the pool was off limits for one day while we were there, as we only had a 2 day stay.

    Breakfast wasn’t included.

Unfortunately, luxury amenities translates here to no complimentary coffee available for room, and ice available only with call for housekeeping service. This was an issue early Friday evening when calls were unanswered for approximately 15 minutes. Walked down to ask in person. Gracious and apologetic response from host, yet actual delivery from housekeeping took 30 more minutes.

Beautifully furnished room and luxury amenities. Convenient enough location to Collins Avenue and South Beach.

check in is not until 4pm, check out is at 11am and no real flexibility on either. the price of the snacks and drinks in the room was absurd.

the location is fantastic, 2 blocks from the beach and able to get beds and towels for free on the beach too (but not umbrellas). the beds were really comfy. check in staff was very friendly and helpful. small gym but definitely has everything you need to workout for a few days. the sushi bar and happy hour were reasonably priced and very nice.

For the price, would have liked water available without having to pay. Would have liked a refrigerator in the room. A restaurant for breakfast would be good on premises No food or drink service on the beach was definitely a negative for me

Beds were very comfortable. Complimentary Coffee in the morning was nice (need lids for carry out) Location is close enough walking distance to beach

Prices for the room refreshments were too expensive. Even the bottled Water was expensive. Some great options for the mini bar but it was nearly 50 dollars for a small bottle of champagne, as in a glass sized bottle.

Room was a little on the smaller side but it was clean and modern. The bed was superb, really comfortable. Shower was great and the Wifi worked, what's not to like. The communal areas on the ground floor around reception are modern and has a great vibe about it, bar was good and the outside areas around the pool were great.

They have an obligatory service fee of 40 USD for e.g WiFi and towels... No where could I read about this on Booking.com or the website of the hotel. So that was disappointing.

Good location from the business off downtown South Beach. Nice facilities. A bit thin doors where you can hear noice from the hallway.

The room's phone to reception desk and the coffee maker in the room wasn't working. Be aware that the Booking.com price does not include a $45 resort fee.

Friendly reception and received an room upgrade with a terrace. Located 2 blocks from the beach. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants. Comfy beds, room was recently renovated with beautiful terrace.

A/C system in the room was not functioning properly for the majority of the stay. Water bottles charged $9 each to the room. Staff did their best to accommodate for these inconveniences.

The terrace door was broken and it was suggest that I stay in the room until the morning if unable to repair. However they were able to understand my request to not stay in the room and they did a great job with relocation. I would stay here again. The staff was good.

It was literally a 2 blocks from the beach. Great location on South Beach close to mid beach and has some options to eat near by. Located by CVS and more. The pool was nice not too crowed and the room was spacious the terrace was great. The room was the perfect size, the only con is you can control the thermostat it is centrally controlled. Often in the evening it would get hot.

Sink was in the main room and not the restroom for some reason? Inconvenient in the morning. We asked for towels and we waited a whole day, we had to ask a second time. There were ants or bedbugs? In some of the furniture in the room. ew.

Great pool. Great service. Location is close to everything you can walk and find bars and coffee shops.

The room was accommodating and the bed was super comfy; unfortunately, I didn't have a view - AT ALL! I was staying in the Ansonia building, room 155. The windows are frosted and DON'T open. It felt like I was in a tomb. Very bizarre!!!

The pool area/cabana was an absolute delight. Also, Plymouth's proximity to the beaches and Collins Ave was super convenient.

The pool closes too early and the floors in the pool area was dirty I never saw anyone hose it down. The furniture in the room is dated.

The hotel was very nice the pool area was a beautiful vibe day or night.
