Some of the facilities seem outdated, and the service at the main restaurant wasn't great. I wish there were more food options for the pool menu.

The lagoon pool is perfect for kids/families. I liked that we could get our own towels and chairs, and were able to eat/drink by the pool. The room was spacious and comfortable.

valet parking is a bit of a hassle and no option to self park. the all thing is a bit expensive as an add on cost at 37.50 a day. on top of that resort fees and room rate so there are a lot of hidden additional costs when coming to this hotel. overall service is too relaxed not very forthcoming with help in terms of luggage or concierge which doesn’t really serve a purpose there. overall feels like for the money paid service level should by higher. food and beverage is a low point of the property. really should be better. and it’s not easy to get deliveries in the area which gives you and opportunity to sell food. but it’s not good.

rooms are very good and comfortable. pool and beach location nice. slide in the pool appreciated by the kids.

The service on the beach was terrible, too busy looking at his phone. Ice maker in room doesn’t work and the safe needs batteries so that didn’t work which made us feel uneasy.

The front desk, concierge and valet were great. View was beautiful, peaceful. Food at tiki bar was fantastic!!

I didn’t like the unexpected charge for valet or having to pay for the entire resort fee when the lagoon pool and lagoon restaurant were closed. Also the 3800 restaurant did not meet expectations.

get a beach set up was the biggest cluster mess I have ever been around. we had to stand at a hut for 45 mins to get them to radio down to get us a spot. no other resort does it that way. And the big pool is dated. needs a facelift or cleaning…looks like a pool that’s 20-30 years old. I expected more of the 2 biggest things we come for.

Trying to get a cappuccino at breakfast seemed to be tricky for some reason so I went to the coffee shop in the lobby and took it with me. Paying for valet parking, the rooms are not cheap here and should include parking!! The pools were disappointing, the so called infinity pool is just a very full pool, the water comes up to the edges, definitely no water to horizon aspect which is what an infinity pool is. The other pool was more geared up for children I would say but it was smaller than I thought it would be. Forget ordering food or drink on the beach, half the time items can be missing and at one point we had our flag up for 1.5 hours and no one came to take an order This is not a cheap hotel, I think i got an ok deal with booking.com as I booked in advance but the price did go up considerably The closer we got to our trip as I kept checking. Breakfast was not included and we had to pay valet parking every day, our room was 1100 dollars a day (over £800 a day).

The rooms here are amazing. Full size well equipped kitchen with washing/drying machines also. Lovely big living room, bedrooms and bathrooms!! Got an upgrade which was fabulous. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE MARRIOTT NEXT DOOR BUT ONE TO THE RIGHT. I nearly cancelled because of some awful reviews/images but they were not from the Palm beach Marriot singer island. Breakfast was pretty good off the menu, Food for lunch and dinner was good, nice variety. Staff were lovely especially the guys behind the main bar and Jan on the beach was a delight! Car Valet service was spot on, car always came so fast(frustrating to have to pay everyday but we knew in advance) The cocktails at the bar were great I would come again for the room and location but there are definitely improvements which could be made. Was great to be on the beach rather than downtown for us as it made it feel like more of a holiday being by the sea Nice coffee shop in lobby with lovely cakes and cookies, fresh fruit and yoghurt, porridge if you want to grab and go Cant comment on spa or beach bar as didnt use

We loved our stay here. Right on the beach, beautiful water. We had a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom space- worked well for 6 of us. All the employees were exceptionally nice- everyone greeted you while walking around the property. James and Gilbert are stand out bartenders and great at making you feel welcome. We will definitely come back and stay here.

Dining options are limited. Grilles close at 6 and restaurant only open until 10. Nothing really close to resort except other hotels. Beach and pools were nice but could use more activities at resort. Cell reception isn't the best and Wifi is only for those who pay for it. Food and drinks are pricey

Hotel and property is very nice and clean. Rooms were nice and as advertised. Pools were also. Staff of the resort were also very friendly and helpful. Recommend ocean view room.

This is the second time that we stay with you & the hot tub has bot been open. The silverware in the room we stayed in were dirty with food still on them & there were remnants of the previous occupants.

We love the tranquility and the family atmosphere at the resort. We love the location. The food is great!
