Bathroom was dirty had to get someone to come in to re-clean. No chance for early check-in. We were there at 10 AM and travelled from far. We waited around until 3 PM for a room. I had asked for early check-in multiple times before getting there. I had also asked the event manager to set up something special and I got no response which was frustrating considering how expensive the hotel was.

VERY noisy room. We were in 318 and there is an air conditioning / hot water pump literally outside our window. Noise was like being in an airplane all the time. Shower very small, would be a problem for a bigger person.

Nice clean hotel in great location. Staff were amazing especially Nikita who was very helpful with show tickets and gym passes. Also arrange a bottle of wine for us on our special occasion.

The breakfast included options are very limited when you’re a hotel guest. Only give you options of cereal, fruit or granola every day. The check in staff didn’t really explain any of the facilities, the breakfast or how to even access rooms, lifts etc. The queen room is really small so wouldn’t recommend if you’re staying for a while or have a lot of suitcases as there isn’t enough room to even open the case. The pictures of the room on the site are very misleading.

The doormen were very friendly, and the restaurant staff were friendly. The room was always cleaned to a good standard. The location is very close to Times Square and all the tourist spots.

Breakfast is for a European below average. My recommendation would be to not book the option and eat out for a similar price. Although the hotel has a deal with the parking garage 60$ a night is still quiet expensive.

The Location of the hotel is great with its closeness to time square and public transport. The Gym membership included is a recommendation to use. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful at all times.

My room was very small and uncomfortable to move around in. It’s a boutique hotel but the bathroom was horrible. The shower was open and water spilling on to the floor. The toilet was too close to the shower. The air was a bit stuffy inside. And no room service was available. I was in room 1401 but my sister was in 1405 and she had much more room. Hotel is located in the perfect area for all the shows and events. The Book of Mormon was right across the street I believe. Hotel is located in the heart of the theater district :)

I loved the restaurant downstairs. The staff were very welcoming. I did enjoy that they had an available minibar and umbrella you could purchase if it rained. I also loved the tv inside of the mirror very cool feature. They do have windows that can open to get some air as it was very stuffy inside.

Nothing, I love this place

Food was buffet style included in our plan - perfect for NYC hussle and bussle, but you could order hot food for additional cost which was also very tasty. Location is amazing for exploring the city on foot, but also has subway really close if preferred. Super close to all the main theatres - right in the heart of it! Staff are amazing, kind and thoughtful and always look after us! The afternoon wine & cheese reception is such a treat after spending time exploring and it is free! Recommend this for work/families/couples etc.

The AC was not working and I have to open the window because was very hot, the outside noise was terrible, horns, ambulance and police all night. I ask the front desk but they never fixed

The breakfast selection can be extended e.g adding chees assortment, If possible one should be able to order some eggs alone without other dishes added in the menu.

The King room we had reserved was a bit "muffy". However the staff where able to immediately change the room to Queens room and this was perfect.

The room lacked storage space, with only a small closet and no shelves, which was more style than substance. One of the USB sockets didn't work, the sink was blocked, the bathroom was tiny, and the hallway carpets were grubby and needed a good vacuum. We were provided on the double bed only 3 pillows, so one person had two and the other only one.

The location was excellent and all the staff were super helpful, polite and courtious

Room was small. Had to keep luggage on floor. Had a difficult time regulating room temp. Refrigerator was full of drinks without information as to cost. Had to pull items out to make room for my items. No coffee maker in the room. No mention of ice machine. The tv is in the mirror, the picture never felt bright.

Location was ideal. Facilities were new and modern. Efficient use of space. Room was clean. Maid service did a great job. Bed was comfortable.
