There is a bar in the hotel that is really loud and the acoustic is not good. So we could hear everything from our room.

I liked how clean the room was and comfortable. Liked the staff and location.

the coffee machine and kettle were not available in the room. You can have your coffee and tea at the hotel lobby between 7-11 am and.

the roof top bar and floor bar was quite loud and hard to sleep through. the area was a few streets away from some homeless and quite sketchy to walk at night.

the only thing that stood out was the decently sized room. quite close to some tourist attractions but would not want to walk it.

Unfortunately they have charged my credit card with the amount for the deposit twice. Until today there is no refund on my card and their customer service couldn't assist me in solving this problem. This is frustating :( it's been 3 months since check out...

The restaurant does not open on Mondays which was disappointing but I got to order food on Uber eats. The bedroom was small but I was a solo traveller so it was fine. A deposit is required per night which meant I had to spend more upon checking in so you would have to budget extra money but this is refundable when you check out. Food at the cafe was quite pricey in my opinion. I’m from London and it doesn’t cost £15 to buy a sandwich.

The hotel was nicely designed. I did not get to go to the rooftop area or visit the restaurants but the bedroom was nice and the bathroom was very modern. The bed was super comfortable probably the best bed I have ever slept on; pillows were bounce back pillows and I had a lovely good nights sleep. The location is great; easy access to sunset boulevard, Hollywood walk of fame and Beverley Hills. The hotel staff were friendly and I received a voucher for complimentary drink upon arrival.

We stayed during a weekend and even the room was in a high floor you were able to hear the music from the clubs outside all night. We even had to ask for earbuds. For the price you pay I would expect at least to have breakfast included.

The hotel is really nice, modern and the bed was exceptional.

The room was nice but the bathroom had no intimacy, it was literally a part of the room separated as bathroom. Its door wasn’t closing properly and we had to stick the cream tube in between to close it

Very nice hotel in east Hollywood. Good location to move around the city. We were surprised by the facilities very positively and would definitely consider staying there again when in LA. We’ve read many negative reviews about the hotels noise before arriving but we got a quiet room in a quiet part of the hotel and except one night where some other guests came back from a party and were noisy (nothing that wouldn’t happen in another hotel) we were very comfortable.

Lovely hotel in the heart of tourist Hollywood. The hotel is a bit of a party hotspot but being on the 3rd floor, the noise didn't bother us at all. The pool and rooftop bar are fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and even walkable to Griffith Observatory (quite a walk, but it's possible!)

The hotel room is very small for the price range. There's very little space to open your suitcase even less two if you're accompanied and there's no wardrobe, so trying to sort out clothes was quite the hassle. There's no minibar to keep cool beverages in your room which isn't great with the LA heat.

Overall, the hotel looks great as does the restaurant downstairs and the rooftop bar. The location is alright to get to the main spots in the city however, Hollywood itself is quite gritty and dirty nowadays, especially with the increasing housing problem. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Very noisy. Loud music from the bar playing late. No drapes. Others can see into your room and you can see into their room. Sun comes streaming in when it rises.

Our room was quite small. It barely entered the luggage and there is no much space. No wardrobe present. But the worse was the noise made by the opened bar downstairs and on the rooftop until 2 am every day. If you're looking for a party place, it's ok, but if you'd need to rest properly, I won't recommend it.

Room clean, good bathroom. Great common areas. Complimentary coffee in the morning for guests. Nice personnel overall. Great location.
