Staff were helpful and courteous. They helped move us to a quieter room when requested and were responsive to other requests.

Didn't realize it was a "residential" complex; we were in a studio connected to a residential unit and the cooking smells from frying were evident. Neighbor smoke detector kept chirping due to low battery at night. We had to get out of bed and move to another room to sleep. We left all of our belongings in the room and took our pillows and crossed the complex in our slippers and PJ's. This move wasn't made possible until numerous calls were made to the front desk, as we couldn't sleep. We waited while they had to contact an off duty manager at home for permission after trying to contact the worker who lived next door so the alarm battery could be changed. We were finally able to move to the other room to sleep.

The staff was nice, and we enjoyed the pool.

Great location in a quaint walkable neighborhood. Blocks away from a neighbor market and a park. Property was quiet, room was clean and well appointed. Pool area was nice. Would stay here again if traveling to the Portland area.

Due to Covid the food provided was poor, no choice other than a very hard sandwich made with an english muffin and cold cereal, The server wasn't friendly and told me I could have only one small sandwich , I had to explain my husband wanted one also. The second morning the gentleman working front desk was very pleasant but had to work front desk and serve breakfast. He should be commended for doing a great job!

It is definitely an older property, and I was disappointed that they didn’t even have a bar of soap in the unit after a king day of travel, and there were some insects in the room (near the cabinets)— which did have some crumbs etc. leftover and not cleaned etc.

The area is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of excellent retail nearby, and close to many office parks/ businesses.

The shampoo dispenser was empty; there was soap residue on the sink counter from previous guests. When we checked in at 8pm, huge back of house keeping stuff was lying in front of the stairs. Despite not being a busy downtown location, was charged for parking. Air conditioning was inconsistent - a part of the room was too cold, the other part too hot.

Safe location, good room size. Breakfast was simple but good.

Was supposed to have cleaning every other day - did not happen, even after complaining afternoon of day 5 did not come until day 6 - hours before we checked out. Buildings, grounds, fence were very dirty (see pics). Staff had no idea when management was working, I was given 3 different times. Upon reviewing our bill, we were charged for parking even though we told them at check-in that we had no car and would not need a parking pass. Until we talked to the manager no one could explain our bill.

Was across the street from our daughter's apartment. Quiet.

I didn't like being charged to park in the parking lot. I didn't like the limited selection for the breakfast.

The location was great, close to our son and fairly quiet. I liked that the unit had an private entrance from the outside.

No linens for the pull out couch. No coffee inserts for the coffee maker and when we arrived a plastic bag was wrapped around the smoke detector. I had to call the main desk 3 times to correct the issues. No apologies were made for the inconvenience. Hot tub was barely watm and really needed to be. cleaned.

The outdoor pool was nice, and the location was good.

We reserved a King bed room. But we were given a room with a queen bed. We were not advised of the change at check-in. We checked in after 8 pm and they had run out of King bed rooms by that time.
