Covid protocols are still preventing some 'niceties', like breakfast. But the grab and go is okay.

Friendly staff, newer facility, small convenience store across the street that was clean and nicely stocked (it's advertised as a liquor store but it has a wide array of items). The suite's kitchenette is very nice

Exceptional customer service at check-in. I asked for the 4th floor and a quiet room and that is what we got.

The breakfast was horrible. Frankly, serving stale old buns, and muffins doesn't qualify as a breakfast. Only kids cer4eal really? How about granola maybe-something healthier. Powered eggs, sausages that weren't cooked fully, oatmeal not cooked long enough. Microwaved packages of things called breakfast sandwiches-I could easily have gotten something similiar at a gas station mini-mart. I just feel a classy place like this should be providing a breakfast of equal quality. The whole thing was a huge disappointment considering how nice everything else was about this property.

Location was really nice. I loved being out of the hustle and bustle of a big city but close enough to access things when I had to.

airport shuttle doesn’t start till 7am and apparently you can only take it if you separately paid for park & fly. none of this is outlined on the ad here, and I would’ve stayed elsewhere if I knew this as I have to pay for parking at the airport now. they offered a taxi service that I could pay for instead and I asked about leaving my car and the front desk agent said oh no you needed to pay for that earlier.

The included breakfast was TERRIBLE- no variety, everything pre-packaged except overly watery oatmeal. It was vending machine items wrapped in plastic, unripe fruit and picked over yogurts.

Very good lighting and carpeting in the hallways. The room's kitchen was very well stocked.

There was a surprise charge of $75 for pet cleaning. Also, a large window had a huge crack all the way through it from top to bottom and looked like it might fall out. I told the front desk and they said they already knew about it. And last, this is more of a suggestion… hotels which allow pets should close off the area beneath beds so scared animals don’t hide under there because it can be difficult to for owners to reach them to get them out when they’re frightened.

The room was large, clean, and had a kitchen stocked with pans, dishes, utensils and an apt size refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked very well, and the shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were excellent.

Broken coffee maker in room, stain on bedspread when we arrived. We had two small dogs and told there was a $20.00 per pet policy which was what we expected. However, upon check out I was surprised with an additional fee of $75.00 which I was never told about. I was informed it was for deep cleaning and always charged as part of the pet fee. I said I was not informed about this ahead of time and the front desk attendant just shrugged and said it was required for all guests who had pets? Not happy with the surprise $75.00 extra fee.

the toilet seat in the bathroom was not clean. the shower had hair in it ( a decent amount) which led me to think that it wasn’t even cleaned. my anointing room as well toilet was discussing. table wasn’t cleaned maybe wiped but not cleaned. for the amount of money I expect to arrive to a clean room.

The staff was nice helpful respectful The lobby area nice presentable and clean. The pool dirty My room dirty my bedding dirty I understand we are going through a pandemic but I feel as though that room basically the bed was just made over like with no new sheets or anything The bathroom one of the handles broke on the drawers right when I was getting ready to pull it just already just fell for this to be semi new hotel I wished I would have stayed at establishment that I knew my money would go for like if I wanted to stay at a motel 6 I would have paid the motel 6 amount of money to stay at that type of establishment what I paid to stay at this hotel was not worth what I got in return it could have been the room but like I said the pool was not cleaned it's just wasn't clean you could tell that these rooms are lived in but housekeeping in management need to do a little bit better. Only thing I can really say was a five star was the hospitality.

Honestly, I liked how when I went in the room the TV was on and it greeted me with my name.

it was not clear during the reservation process that the shuttle does not operate 24 hours. The first shuttle is at 7 am, forcing me to take an Uber to the airport for about $17. No dining facilities in the hotel and no decent restaurants nearby. Air conditioning is intermittent and the varying noise levels makes sleeping difficult

My was not deeply clean on the shower mat it still had hair as well as the curtain to the bed wasn’t all the way down. They did not change the lotion it was half used. The staffing wasn’t welcoming

There was no extra blankets or sheets, not bathroom snelled like a moldy/dirty towel. We were not advised in advance breakfast would only include a paper bag w water, muffin and bar.

My family and I stayed in a studio. It was nice to have a full refrigerator and table to seat down and eat.

The hotel was nice but the people in the room above us were extremely loud and the AC unit in my room was horrible. The sound of the AC unit kept me up all night, I even turned it off but for some reason it kept turning itself back on. I got no sleep and I’m just overall disappointed.

Shower door didn't stay closed,rolled back so water from shower got on floor.. shower floor cracked.. dishes were dirty like they were just stuck back into the drawers..coffee mugs severely stained from coffee.
