We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesTo many to list but here's a few 1. When I pulled in I noticed the parking was full of people hanging out in there cars. 2. The staff had the door locked and helped me through a slot in a window.( I would later find out why) 3. I booked this room because on your website for area it said "Good" in green. Definitely not good this needs to be updated. I'm from LA not the best area and I know a hood when I see one. 4. The person in the room next door had the door open and you can see multiple dogs in there. It looked a mess and you can till he had been staying there a while. 5. You heard arguments all night in random parts of the property.

United StatesEverything. I arrived and was told if there is more than one car even though we are a military family moving, that we would have to pay for parking, even though website states free. Then after my family unloads the cars, we open our room to find it not done at all. Sheets in a ball on the bed and floor. When we go back, they said that room was “in training”. This is a hour and a half after check in: Then we get another room, on the second floor, get up to there, the key doesn’t work. Back down to the lobby we go, as I watch him give a man free parking for 2 cars, but me a woman had to pay. The rooms smelled like weed, it’s loud and disgusting. Don’t stay here

United StatesI don’t know how this location got decent reviews because our room was DIRTY. I went out to the Dollar Tree down the street and bought sanitizing wipes because I did not feel safe putting my things on any of the surfaces there. The floor was filthy and you could feel your shoes sticking; it was disgusting. When we stripped the bed upon checking out, the mattress was covered in stains. Despite what management says about a “full” breakfast, it’s only continental. Location is convenient, but sketchy. You truly get what you pay for here.

Australianothing that I didn’t like. I would suggest that a rubber mat for the bath do you don’t slip in the shower and a 2 seater sofa and coffee table in the bigger rooms would make the room more comfortable for those staying a few days.

Very nice surprise. Room had a lot of square footage. Very clean floors. Nice soft towels. Comfortable bed. Price better than el cajon hotels of same level but muxh nicer and well maintained. Bravo to owner / manager!

The tv volume did not work so it was loud all night as we asked for help but never received any. There was a cockroach on the wall that was alive, then to top it all off there was no hot water to shower with.

stay away of this place! HORRIBLE experience. a lot of people loitering. it was 3am when I arrived to the hotel and I forgot something in my car and some one was out of my room! I was in 3rd floor. I couldn’t sleep after that. no blinds in my window I put a pillow. a lot of people smoking mariguana. trash everywhere, at 7 I check out!
