The room that I was staying in didn’t lock which is a safety issue for both the person staying and their belongings. I requested a new room and they just sent people to try and fix it which it didn’t work still after. The bed sheets, blanket and pillows were very filthy with stains, gum and hair stuck to it and I had to request new ones. The towels, wash rags and floor mat were clearly used and dirty so I had to request news ones as well. The tv didn’t work the entire stay even though I was told someone would come and fix it. I had to fight with the microwave’s non just for it to work. The bathroom and room also looked like it needed to be cleaned with dust and dirty on almost every surface.

The staff was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom sink drain never got unstopped. The room smelled like smoke when we went in. The signage for Travelodge was non-existent. We drove around many times trying to find the motel. Turns out it is combined with Red Roof Inn. There were big stains on the floor.

Old pictures to make you look like you getting a deal. When the 54-60 dollars is all it's about worth. When I arrived staff was arguing with customer because they wanted more towels.

Check in was a bit confusing. Hotel sign said it was both a Red Roof Inn and a Travelodge. Also a bit unfriendly.

Bed linens were clean. Bed was comfy Value was good. We were just looking for a clean bed to rest for a couple of hours on our way through.

The location was good because it was closed to I-95, but the area was kind of isolated. The "lobby" was in much disrepair; it was used more like a warehouse.

Like the location - It is right on I-95. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was fairly clean.

Didn't know the Travelodge was also part of a Red Roof. We ended up on the Red Roof side. Don't know if there would have been a quality difference between the two. Housekeeping needs to clean in the corners by the AC unit, it was nasty. Main floors and bathroom were clean tbough.

My loud mouth neighbor and her too loud music day and night. The wiifii sucks. The rate was too high, they had no monthly specials and did not know how to accommodate or extended a good tenant with a reasonable, continious stay option.

Literally everything. Didnt even get into a room. There was no hot water so i was told i was getting a refund and have never got it. Never even stepped into a room.

The person running this horrible hotel also ran the red roof inn and she was very rude....I got charged a 20.00 CHECK IN EARLY FEE.... THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! She was rude to her staff and was very inhospitable

I did not like anything about my stay only that it was a low price for a cheap place to stay, rest my head.

The room was dingy and dirty the television did not work it was hooked up to a cable system and it was not functioning at all it indicated that no signal was found in reference to the TV the housekeeping lady had to go find one from another unit to put in my unite. It was really disturbing to stay there the lights between the beds didn't work I had to take one bulb out of the two center lights between a two beds and test it in a lamp that was on the desk the bulb worked fine and neither one of them the plugs were not operating at all. I will not be recommending the property if someone I know is looking for a hotel in this area. However for the price that I paid I couldn't expect much more unfortunately. Your property is very dated I say again and it needs to be updated.

Very clean room. There wasn’t any shower curtains but that didn’t stop anything. Great location! Booked a smoking but when we checked in staffed said all rooms are non smoking. Beautiful balcony to step outside get fresh air to smoke. We enjoyed our stay.

The grounds, deplorable. If it wasn’t guaranteed I’d have left. The person at the check in, disconcerting. I ask about a restaurant, no comment from him. Got to the room, NO TOILET PAPER! I called the front desk & a lady brought it right to me, & appoligised. Not many times in the last few years did I go from my car to my that I wished I had brought my gun with me, not that I felt I needed it, I just felt uncomfortable.
