Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The Hotel felt like a Hipster Hostel in Europe. It was busy, a Playoff NFL game was being casted, the bar was full and the lobby was a bit in disarray.

Free shuttle service and late check in flexibility. Our flight was delayed and we arrived into town at 1:00am. No problem checking in that late or getting shuttle from airport. Speedy shuttle service and pleasant driver with good conversation.

United StatesI repeatedly asked for a top (4th) floor room, so I wouldn't a disturbed at night. I was given the 3rd floor and from 11:30 till 2:00 am people above made a racket and kept me up. Also, the shuttle ride to the airport was 15 minutes late.
I liked the decor and setup for the smaller rooms. Had a modern European feel.

United StatesI love to drink coffee. I drink coffee before I go to bed and as soon as I wake up. The rooms did not have any coffee pots. this couldn’t be because of Covid rules because at breakfast on every table were ketchup bottles, hot sauce bottles and salt and pepper shakers that were never cleaned the 30 minutes I sat in their dining area. That makes me wonder why they won’t put coffee pots back into the rooms. they did have coffee in the lobby, but when I went to get a cup two different times it would be cold, and I do t want to have to be dressed to go the lobby late at night or early in the morning so,I can have coffee. Sorry, but because of that I would not stay at the Hilton TRU again.
