Spider and bugs were in our room and it smelt bad.

The power was knocked out by a thunderstorm and everything was shut down even the elevator air conditioning everything. Don’t understand why they didn’t have a generator. This was my only fault with my stay. It was hot

I wish you could hear a little less through the walls since there were a lot of other very active guests and I could hear the person next door snoring. The beds and pillows are also not very comfortable. Overall workable for 2-3 days, but I couldn’t do a week.

The work spaces and coffee bar were extremely helpful. The printer did not work for us, but the staff helped with that. I also appreciate the breakfast and being conveniently located to both Starbucks and Longwood.

The toilet made a weird noise about 10 seconds after the tank filled.

I would give a 10 to this property but the housekeeping staff was horrible. Check out is 12pm, housekeeping came to our door at 10:10am. The DND sign was on the door but they still took it upon themselves to open the door. At 11:10am, once again they walked in on us in bed.

Wallpaper wasn't placed properly. Paint wasn't done properly. Microwave and refrigerator seemed like an afterthought! This place did NOT meet my expectations of a Hilton property.

Appreciated that the room was designed to keep overhead low (no closet, open shelving without drawers, etc) but the room felt cluttered since everything was out. Also , placing the area for hanging clothes over the microwave sitting on top of the mini-fridge meant some clothes could be literally touching the top of the microwave. The toilets seemed to be set lower than average.

Clean. Cheerful colors. Nicely laid out in lobby area. The breakfast was good. Asked for 2nd chair since we were a couple and the room did not have an additional seating area. Evening manager (a young man) was very accommodating in getting it.

The breakfast was great, large variety of food and good tasting. The location was pretty good, a little broken off from everything else in the area which is nice and the parking lot and very spacious.

We Found the Room on the Second Floor a Little Small and Tight and Quite Difficult to Wheel In and Out the Carts. The Fridge was also so Small and Semi-Functional. We Could Hear the Toilet Flushing from the Room Next Door. The Mattress Kept Shifting and the Bed too. Surprised to See One of the Kitchen Staff (a Female) Following Guests Outside to Ask for Money to Buy Cigarettes. Not Cool At All! Not Enough or Many Popular TV Channels which Would Be Great to Cuddle Up in the Comfortable Bed to Watch your Favorite Channel. Please Expand the Cable TV Channels. One Chair in the Room is Not Enough. Finally, a Cupboard or Dresser in the Room Would be Great as Well.

The Room was Exceptionally Clean Including the Bathroom and the Towels. The Housekeeping Staff were Friendly and Polite. The Front Desk Staff (Especially Ashley, "the Guy" plus Annette, the Manager) were Friendly, Helpful and their Responses to Requests were Very Prompt which was Awesome and Very Well Appreciated. The Pillows were also Comfortable. The Extra Security Door Locks was Great.

It was the little things that let us down. No coffee at breakfast one morning. Another morning we had to ask for the silverware to be restocked. The hard boiled eggs were stale and rubbery. The air conditioning unit was loud and woke us up each time it came on. Nothing truly bad, but not what we expected.

The only thing we found was that the sink in the bathroom did drain very fast, and the last morning we were there, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain at all. I was able to pull out some black gunk/hair out of it enough to drain.

My room sink was stopped up and it looked like a lot of gunk under the drain lip but you can’t take it out due to the kind of sinks they have. Wish they had a indoor pool to with jacuzzi oh my my!

I like the peace of mind me and my family got staying here. It was very quite on my floor! The property is near a lot of eateries, right next door to Starbucks, super plus lol and the lobby entertainment dope as well☺️

One of my wash clothes was extremely dingy & dirty looking. It should have never made it back to the floor with the other clean linen. It should have been thrown away immediately!! That was a big No No for me!!
