The front desk staff in the morning never spoke and seemed to be scared to speak. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were amazing! They always asked if I needed help and engaged with the family.

The location is perfect if you want to go to the beach. It is surrounded by places to eat. Very convenient.

have one request to provide an option of turkey and not just ham. I couldn't eat the eggs or the sausage.

I didn't like that there was no hotel shuttle for pick up at the airport, as it was quite costly. I also was very disappointed regarding not getting an ocean front room because I was told the room would be. Additionally, there was a problem with the floors being wet with no explanation. There was a lot of humidity in the room the entire time, and the door to the balcony would not lock, even after reporting the problem.

I like modern hotels, and this was modern and very Eco friendly. The breakfast was just okay for me because I don't eat pork, beef or chicken there were not options for me. However, the breakfast was FREE, so I dare not complain. Also the lady who managed the breakfast and the breakfast area was very nice. Thankfully there were restaurants close by, which were quite convenient considering all of the rain.

Breakfast and check in. We didn't get into our room until 3:30 although I asked for an early check in. I think they were shortstaffed.

The breakfast was decent at best. I was expecting something a little better, but it was free so what did I expect? lol.

1) First of all don't expect to get what you've paid for - on arrival I noticed that I was given a room with two beds instead of a one king size bed. Front desk supervisor told me that they are running out of king-size bed rooms and there was nothing they could do about it. They have to better manage their room inventory not to let it happen. It is not what you're expecting from kinda Hilton place. 2) Shower door wasn't property insulated, so after taking a shower - half of the bathroom's floor was covered with water, we had to soak it away. 3) The rooms wasn't properly cleaned after previous guests. We found french fries and lots of hair on the floor.

A half hour late check in. Having to get dressed and go to Lobby for a cup of coffee. No Coffee maker or Microwave in room.

Actually it was fine. I would definitely go back there. The room was somewhat spartan but clean and more than adequate. I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Location is terrific … right near the pier, with lots of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. I enjoyed the rooftop bar with the great view of the ocean and the pier.

Receptionist played dumb and wouldn’t honor the online price that I clicked and already paid online. Good thing I had screenshots.

Front desk wouldn’t honor the price I booked it for online and she pretended 3 times to not be able to fix it. I then stated I would like my refund and I would find another hotel. She was then able to fix it, not sure what there was to fix. I clicked the price online that they offered and that’s what should be the price (I’m not referring to additional fees like resort fees, I know those exist). Room was nice

The rooftop bar adds auto gratuity of like 18%. Even if it’s Happy Hour and a $6 beer can get expensive. Great view though

The room was not what I expected for a Hilton property. It was clean, but not what I'd say comfortable. One chair and about as small as it could be. For the price, had I known the room was that basic, I would have book somewhere else.

Most of the games in the rec room were busted in one way or another. Need a refresher there.

We were disappointed that there was no heat in pool or hot tub - according to staff they've been waiting for a while to have it repaired because it's still under warranty. It was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. The foosball table in the lobby was broken/missing pieces and the carpet by the pool table was really sticky. Also, there was no on-site parking. We were required to pay for parking in the ramp across the street.

We really appreciated the early check-in. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Great location!
