The sink in the bathroom wad a bit small.

Stairs, not having a self serve ice machine and outdoor poolside heaters didn't work (out of propane). Parking lot was jam packed...

Our room was better than expected, based upon the outside. Location was totally walkable to restaurants and marina.

Location was amazing! Walking access to everything we needed. The staff was amazing. Answered questions and met all our needs quickly and were all very polite! Room was very clean and we had an amazing view. Plenty of towels. Soft beds! Me and my two boys had a great time. Not expensive but great quality!

Loved the location alot of stuff around restaurants , bars. Room was clean bed were comfortable. Other pll complained of it being nosey well that's what I read in the reviews, once we went in the room we didn't hear anything. Slept threw the whole night. Will definitely stay here again.

First is "ocean/harbor/water view" option. That's a trick. I had room with the view option that looked onto...seafood restaurant and the harbor was BEHIND this restaurant. Second is a comfort. Due to the location near fisherman port and sea food restaurant you will be waked around 4.30-5.30a.m. by parking cars and trucks noise accompanied by slummed doors.

Helpful stuff, good choice of food shops (sea, brewery, American) located nearby, free parking.

called many times after checkout because we left some air pods behind and no answer from the property. when I was there and walked to the front desk it was ALWAYS UNATTENDED.

The worst part of the stay was, waking up to emails and phone calls from our credit card company saying there has been fraudulent activity since using it at the hotel. There were 3 charges trying to be made, over 600 dollars each. This was the first time we had used the card in many months. It was very suspicious and we had a complete unease about being there after that. So I would be very cautious and definitely not use a debit card.

The location is amazing. Right on the Harbour with so many dining options! The room itself, was just ok for the amount of money we paid. It definitely has the feel of a very old place that has been revamped. It could still be improved. Like newer air-conditioning & the old musty smell.

the room we had was next to laundry. the washer and dryer were going off all the time. when I complained I was told that they will turn it off in 30 mins. they didn’t. so didn’t get very good sleep at all. our room was looking out onto a wall… lovely- not. would not come back

I booked a room with an ocean view, but I what I got was a room without a ocean view. I asked the staff, but they said they didn’t actually have an ocean view. I am so sad about it. It made my feelings on this trip depressing.

We actually liked everything!

Don't miss this great hotel! The outside might make make this hotel seem a bit dated, but the recently remodeled rooms are amazing! The room was much larger than expected, so clean and bright and smartly decorated! The price was right and we were so impressed! They even have healthy snacks and drinks available in the office! The staff was friendly at both check in and check out and they seemed so happy to see us! We will definitely be back!
