The inside of the whole place smelled musty and moldy. Could not check in until exactly 4 pm or after. Rooms were dated for the money spent.

It was adequate for a short stay to attend a concert, but the property is in need of some upgrades.

The place needs an upgrade, big time. My key card didn't always work, which was a pain in the butt. I didn't like having to carry around that room charge card; the room number should have been sufficient for charges. My cell service was spotty for a resort like that, I also found it extremely odd that there was no USB port in the room; had to buy a brick at the hotel gift shop so I could charge my phone and laptop.

I liked the price of the add-ons; very reasonable. I went up to go to a concert at Bethel Woods and was able to get a seat on the hotel shuttle for $25. That was money well spent since I was alone. It made the concert experience all that much more memorable.

Food was cold at breakfast! They ran out of bagels on the first day and they had no meat for the omelettes! I thought that was odd!

Breakfast was ok! Food was often cold and they ran out of bagels on the first day! Waiters were pleasant and accommodating! Coffee was tasteful!

Limited parking(parking lot was full); Check-in Staff limited to one, even though a lot of people were checking in; Vending machines didn’t work(No bottled water); when we called desk for additional hand towels, towels & pillows, they never came - Next morning we called again, they finally came; drapes in room were ripped; TV worked intermittently. Overall: for a Hotel Resort, NOT worth the money…Maybe $99-115 per night.

We didn,t like that people went early to save tables and lounges in the shade by the pool. The check in procedures were unorganized and chaotic. You had to pay with a credit card or charge it toyour room for most purchases.Several of the facilities needed updating and repairs to the equipment.

The pool area was very nice but it was too crowded. The meals in both the main dining hall and the cafe were very good. The pool area had a grill that you could get a fast and good bite to eat. Most activities were well run by the staff.
