THE INTERNET IS APPALLING I NEEDE TO DO A TELEMEDICINE SHIFT AND A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF 5 placed patients lives at risk

toilet didn’t work right and the staff and other guests weren’t friendly. I’ve never stayed at a B&B that was so inviting and welcoming.

Trouble with tv and internet. Water took a very long time to get hot. Things pictured or mentioned on the website were not available because it was no yet peak season. Breakfast was very limited. No tv channel guide.

The room we stayed in was nice, an upgrade at no extra cost to us.

Room could have been brighter and we had no hangers in the very small closet.

The shower set up is odd, the bed was firm, and there were no curtains on the windows just blinds. The outside lighting eluminated the room at night.

The staff was amazing, the location is perfect and overall the room was very charming. The beach is clean and beautiful, having the public access across the street was convenient. We also walked in to town to shop and eat instead of driving, it was only a 10 min walk.

It was extremely warm in our room. The only vent was in the bathroom. We had to open windows and the noise from outside…. well you get the picture.

The bed was excellent!! Very comfortable!! The breakfast was amazing!! We absolutely loved the screened in porch to eat our breakfast.

Never stayed where the rooms were not made up in 3 days. TV was probably 20 years old only analog reception with limited channels. Rest stops have a higher grade of toilet paper. Room lighting was so weak, it preventing reading. An aging probably OK 30 years ago. Don’t believe the pictures.

Women greeter was very flat, not expected at B&B. Room was clean but no temperature control. Food choices were many, quality was average.

Location is unbeatable. Walk to beach or harbor or shops/restuarants and very quiet area. Lots of choices on first level... games, books, dining, relaxing, etc

1) Was advised in the morning that breakfast was strictly vegetarian - no meat! 2) Tried to keep it simple - asked for toast - came unbuttered and they didn't even ask if I'd like butter nor did they bring me any. 3) Had some "avocado toast" - which was just a massive amount of avocado spread - which was gross! 4) Wife asked for a berry smoothie - which was good with her French toast. For the amount of money paid for a B&B experience - the breakfast was very subpar. Wouldn't come back for that reason alone!

I loved all of the snacks like free brownies, chocolate, fruit, and orange juice at all times. The breakfast was amazing! The location was perfect, across the street from the beach access.

Loved the Charm of the Yelton Manor Bed and Breakfast. Outstanding Decor. The young ladies on the staff were a delight and very helpful. We had to ask a couple of times for help in getting both our TV and shower to work.. Better arrival instruction would have been helpful on the less than obvious workings of both. Our middle room in the guest house, lower level could have used some more lights- table lamps. It would have been nice in a dark green decor colored room. The Bathroom of the room next to ours back up to our bed wall. Very early morning use of bathroom whirlpool carried right through the walls. Most annoying! Breakfast was delightful but the menu was the same until the last day of our visit. Good quality but could have some variety. Location was great. A nice visit.

The staff was rude and the breakfast was horrible.I have stayed in several bed and breakfast’s -there were only bottles of water and supposed to be coffee but the coffee was empty Most of the time .the breakfast was Minimal and not good at all.

The property was clean and in a great location.
