the cabinets and doors were showing a great deal of wear and tear. some hinges were broken. nothing that impacted our stay, but, in general, the place needs some maintenance and updating. finding the condo and parking was confusing upon arrival as well. we found the building straight away but did not know to access the even-numbered units. a tip that the unit was not accessible from the parking area would have been helpful.

great location and access to the beach. apartment was clean and comfortable. great water pressure in the shower (and hot water). we always had parking and felt safe at all hours. we loved watching the iguanas in the courtyard area.

The only negative is the lack of laundry but we were ok. I brought some sink suds and could wash things in the sink and hang dry. Anything wet would dry in one day!

The property is very nice and cozy. It is well maintained and has everything you would need. The living room has 3 sofas that can be turned into sleepers. The main bedroom is very comfy! The showers were clean and we loved the water pressure after a long day on the beach. The unit is steps from the beach! I loved the location. The beach directly in front was wonderful and you can get beach chairs for free. It also had a few restaurants and a bar with yummy food and drinks. We were also very close to other great beaches and stuff to do! Every day we walked out with friendly people and pets (cats, chickens and iguanas) to greet us!

Last day of our stay we has soft music playing but it was around 11 pm someone knocked on door asked us to turn it down so I believe they must have just gotten there because we’re a couple who just got engaged and we were active in the space other than that the fact your on your own as far as anything there’s no staff for you to interact with except to purchase soft drinks the condos aren’t connected to the apartments so you do everything yourself no laundry services lucky I’m a survivor and rented a car and went food shopping it’s very expensive to purchase food might wanna just eat at restaurants but I made Lollipop lamb chops and some nice steaks for my wife to be

My seven-day stay at Crystal Cove At Sapphire Condos from July 2 to July 9, 2023, was an unforgettable experience that still lingers in my heart. The condo, situated a mere steps from the beach, was exactly where we were told it would be, creating an instant impression of reliability and trust. The condo was equipped with a king-sized bed, and additional sleeping arrangements for eight people, making it ideal for family vacations or group getaways. The cleanliness of the condo deserves a special mention. Every corner was immaculate, every appliance sparkled, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the place. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances, providing a homely comfort that we greatly appreciated. I used the kitchen twice during my stay and found it to be fully functional and easy to use. The thoughtful provision of beach towels and snorkeling equipment was another highlight of our stay, enhancing our beach During our stay, we also had access to the neighboring resort, which offered four distinct dining areas. The range of culinary options, from pizza to prime rib, catered to all tastes and budgets, making it a gastronomic delight. The highlight of our stay was the full moon party. The event was well planned and executed, with a lively atmosphere and friendly attendees. The moonlit beach was a sight to behold, and it provided the perfect backdrop for my proposal to my soon-to-be wife, making this trip even more special. In conclusion, the picturesque location, top-notch amenities, and the exceptional service at Crystal Cove At Sapphire Condos make it a perfect vacation spot. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, this resort has got you covered. We left with beautiful memories and a longing to return soon.

Our stay could have been a few days longer!

The unit was large, clean, with everything we needed. The water pressure in the shower is awesome! We were prepared for the reclaimed water, in the toilets, so not a big deal. We never felt the need to bother our host for anything, although we had all the contact info we needed. There is a laundry facility, by the resort office, if you need it. You just need to take care of laundry, Mon-Fri, not the weekend. All of the staff and locals we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We didn't do a lot of the common touristy stuff, and ended up enjoying spending time with locals as much as anything we did. Slow down! Can't beat the very short walk, to the beach, bar, great chicken tacos, coffee shop breakfast, darn good pizza and fine dining, upstairs at Sea Salt. We rented a Bronco, for our 9-day stay, and that was definitely the way to go, as we had complete freedom of movement. We did most of our grocery and other shopping at Moe's Market in Red Hook, which is a very short drive, from Sapphire Beach. Highly recommend Agave restaurant, down there, if you like good Mexican fare. Also recommend Sudi's, at Sapphire. The blackened jerk shrimp was fantastic, as are their Bushwhacker drinks! The left side driving was easy for us to get used to, as it is very hilly and curvy, where we are from. With the steering wheel left side, U.S. style, it is very easy for the driver to judge the edge of the road. Took the car ferry over to St. John and snorkeled Trunk Bay, with its huge white sand beach. Visited some ruins and enjoyed the different biodiversity. There are chickens everywhere, in the islands, as well as iguana and mongoose, so be prepared for some wildlife entertainment. Got to have a one-on-one, with a sea turtle, over in Smith Bay, which was quite the adrenaline rush experience. Also enjoyed days on the south end of Megan's Bay Beach, as well as swimming with a huge variety of fish, at Coki Beach. Thanks, Jim.

We had issues with the air conditioner. We also had trouble with the tv. Only one station was playing. When we finally got the tv working on the LAST DAY, we kept getting a scrambled screen. I was also under the impression that a cleaning lady would come during our stay. I stayed at a beach home before and that was the service we got. There was trash and food left there from previous guests. If the cleaning people didn't clean THAT, they most likely didn't clean up behind us either. So what exactly did my $150 cleaning fee pay for?

For the first 2 days, I wasn't there, but my guests were. The property is GORGEOUS! I'm in love with anything that faces water. Cabs conveniently located at property to take you where you wanna go. Friendly people.

Interior and exterior decor slightly dated but not run down. Slight view of water from inside the property. No laundry facilities.

Great location, 1 minute walk to beach on property grounds. 15-20 minute walk to town for restaurants and ferry to St. John. 3 minute walk for morning coffee at the property next door which my wife and I sipped while sitting on the beach with beautiful island views.

Would have appreciated shampoo and soap in the shower. Maybe just an oversight but not a big deal. I travel a lot and can figure it out.

The location is excellent. Less than a mile from Red Hook and the ferry. The Sapphire beach is right next to the condo. You can walk to town, but beware, there is very little shoulder to walk on but the traffic is kind enough to not run you down. They do pay attention. Best option for taxi is to walk to the beach and go to the parking area for the neighboring condos. Taxi are always available. $4 per person to go to Red Hook.
