Probably the best location for those who are coming to Sa Pa for the first time. We were on a high floor, so none of the road noise affected us, can't judge for the lower levels. For the money/value ratio that is the best valley view you can get, simply stunning

We were upgraded to the very top floor which I love the view from our room is very nice and picturistique. The breakfast is okay.

Shower drainage wets the whole bathroom, but we have stayed in a few places in Sapa now and they are all the same. Not a big issue overall.

If you want to stay in the view rooms about the 7th floor, be prepared to climb quite a few stairs. Worth the view though!

We reserved for 2 rooms, one for three persons, one for two persons. Upon arrival, we were provided with one big room with 2 bedrooms, told that the rooms reserved already taken/full. Despite the size of the room, it didn't corespond with what we reserved for, not to mentioned it was without a nice view. However, the staff reacted quite nicely and quickly, and offered us an upgrade triple room to a family room, with a nice view, which is the main reason for which we chose this hotel. - staffs are very helpful and very friendly. - breakfast good variety

When we arrived at the hotel on March 5th, there was construction along the road, making it seem impossible to cross. They offered options - either to stay and receive a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room or to receive a refund. However, we chose to stay at the hotel because we were so tired from the 12-hour trip.

The hotel itself offers so much to explore, with plenty of Instagrammable areas throughout. The view of the mountains is simply breathtaking. The breakfast area is particularly inviting, boasting spectacular mountain views that will leave you in awe. As for the rooms, they are incredibly spacious, providing more than enough space for comfort. The hotel's unique styling exudes a retreat vibe, making it a truly memorable stay.

This is not the hotels’ fault, but… The works in the road in front of the hotel were insane. It was dangerous to walk and the excavator didn’t stop hitting rocks when we were walking by., apart from all the bikes. They put a wooden thing the last day to cross. Before that, you had to cross with a high risk to slip. If we had known this we would’ve booked somewhere else.

The views and the top of the building was majestic. Friendly staff.
