Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ThailandNot the minus for the hotel itself. But some tourists don't know a thing about respect. Be prepared for loud music, talking on the phone in the common corridor and, if you're a girl, that some guys will take pictures of you, try to get into your room, knock in the middle of the night several times and ask about spending night together.
Employees are great and polite. Breakfast is tasty and you can choose from different options.

The staff was very friendly, helpful. End up booking a trip for my 6 days in this region going to Sapa, Ninh Bình and Halong Bay cruise. I was totally happy with the whole experience. Nga the travel agent/receptionist was a call away every time I need her to verify travel and contact the transportation crew. I would recommend her to my own family. Ask for the the Rosy cruise, single bed sleeper bus and limousine 16-18 seater.

QatarThe bathrooms were not clean. It needed more scrubbing in the tiles and outlet. Some towels need to be replaced. Toiletries are limited. Rooms need to be sound proof. If u get a room facing the road it could be difficult to sleep for a light sleeper.
Nga, the lady at the reception was very helpful. She really goes out of the way to help the customers. We were not happy with the room we got first, she managed to solve the issue. She did all our bookings to Hanoi. She works very professionally. The breakfast was ok but not many options for a person who is a vegetarian.

NetherlandsWas pretty dissapointed in this hotel. I rarely write bad reviews, but my experience was not in line with the reviews on booking.com that I felt I needed to say something. The hotel has potential, but the cleaning was just not up to par. Stains and hairs on the bedsheets, dirty room in general, and very moisty (it was raining outside to be fair). One bed was literally as hard as a rock. The phone to the reception did not work. We had ants. And the final day the water did not work, so no toilet and/or shower. Hopefully they will take the cleaning level up a bit, because it has a lot of potential!
Staff was very kind and super helpfull! Location is superb.
