I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They provided the best view to admire the beauty of Hoi An, especially at night—the scenery from the room window was absolutely breathtaking. The location is very strategic, right in the heart of Hoi An’s tourist area, making it easy to explore the city. It was such a pleasant and memorable experience staying here. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Hoi An Ivy hotel was amazing! The location was 10/10 right near the river with Hoi An old town within walking distance, about 5 minutes away! The rooms were a good size and had everything you would need in them, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. Everything was clean and tidy. However, the thing that we loved the most and really made our time here so easy and comfortable was the amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt welcome and looked after. The staff helped us to arrange tours and transfers including basket boat trip, Cham island trip and VinWonders including taxi drop off and pick up. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An we loved it!

The location was very central and very close to the old town. The amenities were simple but very clean and still beautiful. The service of the staff was excellent and they went the extra mile to provide good customer service.

The room can easily hear the noise from the roadside. If you are a light sleeper you might have challenges to sleep before 2-3 am.

Dont book the airport cab from this property, they charge a lot! If you want to book, bargain to the extent of 60-70% of what they ask.

The property is really amazing! Super close to ancient town, you can see it from your room! I was given a very nice room with the view of the river! Nice staff too!

Free use of bike was a plus factor, but we would have loved the ride around town if the bikes were in better condition.

Due to proximity to the lake and night festivities, it can be a tad noisy at night, didn’t bother me though, as it is to be expected.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Breakfast is nice. I am sorry i forgot the name but the guy who makes breakfast took good care of us. Very humble and always smiling. Other staff including the ones on the reception was really warm and welcoming. Location is good, not too noisy, neither too far from old town. Lots of nice eatieris around. Hotel provided free bicycle to explore, loved it. They also provide motorbikes on rental.

The bathroom towels were torn and since our room was on ground next to kitchen and breakfast area , too noisy in the mornings and loud talks can be heard. The AC Is the room was being turned on and off disrupting sleep .
