this place is pretty basic and old fashioned but I enjoyed my stay there very much due to the wonderful staff

The inhouse food options are a bit limited, but fortunately one can order from a restaurant nearby and it will be delivered. Ask at the reception for the Vietnamese menue of the place called "Kièu Oanh - Quàn An Gia Dinh". ;)

Very dirty. Too much dust and stinky bathroom. Dogs have a lot of insects 😐.

The place is very down and the bedrooms lack cleanliness.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful remote location near the river and village near Can Tho. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a lovely natural setting then this is a good place. The floating market tour was great with lovely local guides.

All in all it was clean, but I think they're not washing the bed sheets/ blankets, cause they were really smelly. To summarize; the price is a little bit expensive for what you get.

The people working at the Hometravel are so kind and nice. They help you with everything. We had a good time talking to them.

There was a lot of bugs because of the location but this was ok. There’s an opening in the roof of the bungalow so it can be quite loud and again a lot of bugs but it is perfect for a few nights stay to get an authentic feel of delta life.

The staff here are so so friendly and helpful - they are the nicest we’ve met in our three month travels. Shout out to Ann and the other lovely young guy who’s name we can’t remember for helping us so much with tours and travel arrangements. The hotel is super cool, rustic jungle bungalows on the river. So handy as you can get the boat trip on the delta from the hotel. Some cuter cute animals too!

The rooms on the water are very peaceful and you can hear all the animals around. I even had a firefly visit, kind of magical.

The light in our bathroom wasnt working. They did have portable lights in the room so we used that.

Our stay was very pleasant. We had a beautiful room with view on the water & our host was suuper friendly. We booked a tour to visit the floating markets, small canals, noodle factory & street market and this really exceeded our expectations. Very good value for money!

You get what you pay for. Not the cleanest but comfortable and good enough. We have been very pleasantly surprised. Great tour of the floating market (600k). Would recommend!

Everything was good. There were a few mosquitoes around but if you take mossie spray there should be no issues.

Nice quiet location on the river in the countryside. Nice comfortable rustic bungalows with balconies overlooking the river. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. They even gave us a lift on motorbikes to get our shuttle bus to the bus terminal. We did a tour of the floating market with them and it was the highlight of our trip so far. Our guide Ann was great and hilarious. The tour also stopped at a rice noodle factory and cocoa farm which was great. The kids loved it especially learning how to make rice noodles. Plus it included authentic Vietnamese breakfast in the boat at the floating markets and lunch in Can Tho street market. I would definitely recommend staying here it was great value.

The location is amazing - little village right at the river. Super nice to explore the surroundings by bike. Not too far from the city but have to take a taxi/scooter. The staff was super nice and very welcoming! They offer a tour to the floating market and around the river - amazing!

There was a bad organizations of meals and you could wait literally hours before getting some instant noodles. I didn't like that dorm, showers and the toilets were very dirty, with old spider-webs everywhere. The toilets in the dorm had no lights and nothing changed when I told them about it so that I had to use my mobile torch everytime

It's a perfect place for the ones who just want to spend some time by the Mekong, in the nature, with very low expectations on everything else. The staff has been very welcoming, friendly and helpful with me even though I witnessed a quite rude attitude towards some other guests..I guess we cannot be everyone's cup of tea, but still.. The tour to the floating market is very nice: even though 5times more expensive that what you can find in the city (550k instead of 100k), it's more convenient because it departs directly from there, it's a good opportunity to get to know other people staying at the homestay and it's longer (7hs instead of the 4covered by the cheaper tour departing from the city center)

I was not expecting any luxury here but maybe there is little things that can be refreshed. Mosquito nets can be changed and in our case the sink fixed. It was leaking quite a lot.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! They are super kind , always there to help. The tour is an absolute must to do, the guide was very funny, make us try different type of food etc! Anyway, Absolute banger! The location is very good, in middle of the nature with a great atmosphere. Always other guests to meet and discuss! Despite the warm temperatures, the provided fan made our nights. The beds were super comfortable. There is super cute doggos and two kittens that are making the place even more friendly. There is a nice garden farm within 5 min bike (Good food there). Overall, amazing place to stay! Thank you again for everything!

The facilities is what isn’t good with this property. it isn’t well maintained and it shows. The dormitory are a bit dirty but it’s okay if your willing to have chill nights at the Mekong. The bicycle also should be replaced. Not one is working properly…

Pretty much all there is to like about this hotel is the incredible Location. Situated in the countryside of southern Vietnam and along the Mekong it really is nice. The staff is really friendly and professional. They will help you with whatever issue you have. They rent motorbike. There is a chill zone at the Dormitory that is really nice.

not very clean breakfast couldn’t be more basic be aware that there is no option for lunch/dinner, there used to be but that was pre-covid. the place has a lot of potential but it is not well maintained and you can see there was a lot more going on before covid

very nice location in the nature, away from the busy city was almost fully booked when I went there so met a lot of people staff was very accommodating and nice. thank you Anh! floating market tour was good but not what I expected -the market itself, not the tour (they keep a minimum of boats for tourism but the real market has moved to the land)

I'm not really comfortable with the design of our bungalow. The lights in the room were very dim, not enough light if you want to read a book after 6pm. Our bathroom was next to the next bungalow's bed, and it's not completely separated with a wall, there was a space between the wall and the roof. When in the bathroom we could hear people talking in the next room, and I guess, vice versa.

I booked a bungalow with a garden view but the staff upgraded to a river view for us. The place was very quiet, very good for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Not very clean, i don't think my room hd had anyone in it for a long time. Also i definitely would not recommend the floating market tour. Waste of $15. It was a "market" with pretty much exclusively tourists and the tour didn't include a guide. Then they just drop you off at the street market for the second half, which i could go to myself for free. Disappointing.

Beautiful place, friendly staff. They upgraded my room from the dorm to a private room for free. Also there are bikes you can use.

One of the evening, a karaoke was taking place on the premises. The mosquito nets had holes in them. The toilets drained into the river.
